The Correlation of Quantum Information (CQI) through the Observer-Wave-Particle (O-W-P) Loop Function is the Fundamental Operating System of the Universe that Informs, Constitutes and Maintains All Material Nature including Life and Consciousness in Space-time – The Participatory Universe
Preamble
The Quantum Numinous paper describes and illustrates the fundamental relativity between consciousness and the broader universe. It posits that the essential role of consciousness is to mediate in the form and function of the cosmos, including space-time.
Central to the thesis is Quantum Information (QI), the fundamental feature of the expanding universe implemented by quantum mechanics. The Correlation of Quantum Information (CQI) emerges as the implicit operating system that informs and drives all universal nature.
CQI operates through the tripartite ‘Observer-Wave-Particle’ loop function (O-W-P), offering a solution to the current ‘wave-particle’ duality paradox. Here, the discrete consciousness of the ‘Observer’, in the OWP loop (human being etc), plays a pivotal role in determining whether the quantum level, as quantum mechanics, behave as probability waves or manifest particles. This is the essential foundation of the universe where the observer is the pivotal participator in the correlated process of quantum information that manifests as quantised material nature. Here, the individual observer’s receptive consciousness mediates the probability of the wave-function to manifest as the particle-function, explicitly, within the particular context of the observer’s own specific and immediate environmental requirement. Photosynthesis in flora and photoreceptivity in the retinal sense of eyesight are typical examples of CQI, through the OWP loop function. This is the correlation of quantum information, in quantised format, that constitutes all material phenomena including space-time.
This ‘Observer-Participator’ perspective implies that all progressive self-organising systems, from trees to humans etc, possess or pose some level of consciousness necessary for CQI. Even minimal consciousness suffices for universal receptivity, through correlation. This as the essential necessity in the universal production and maintenance of all material nature. Here, consciousness is fundamental and purely relational (see below).

Here, All fundamental particles are effectively entangled via the singularity, the essential origin of the universe..
The entire universe is an integrated and unified system, orchestrated by the Correlation of Quantum Information (CQI) that is conducted by the Observer-Wave-Particle (OWP) loop function. The wave-function (within the loop), travelling at light speed, effectively synchronises all quantum information beyond space-time boundaries. This is where quantum non-locality applies to both space and time where space-time is unified and effectively negated, at the singularity . Here space contracts to zero and time does not flow, neither actually exist at this precursive, and universally constant level of light speed. This is where all fundamental particles are entangled, via the singularity. This in relation to the subsequent operating system of universal relativity through the CQI of OWP, at sub-light speed, within the boundaries of space-time. These integrated OWP loop systems, in myriad complexity, present or systematically project the separate but transient material existences (effective images), as illusory material nature, to the discrete observer(s) (human beings etc) that function within the confines of space-time.
Authors note. If non-locality applies to space, as conclusively established by Alain Aspect (2022), then it follows that non-locality applies to time also. Space does not exist independently of time, ‘space-time’, as originally posited by Einstein.
Here, space-time provides situation and continuity, through cause and effect, to the observer (human being etc) that exists and functions within the parameters of space and time. “Time is so everything doesn’t happen at once” (Einstein) nevertheless, at the quantum level, everything does happen simultaneously. ‘.. -action-at-distance’ [sic] in space and time. This is the expression, the happenstance of Quantum Information, as material nature in relativity, through the OWP Loop of CQI. Here, these myriad effective closed circuits (OWP Loops), in correlated non-locality (unison), constitute and maintain the entire universe of energy-mass in space-time.
The OWP loop’s entire non-locality, via the wave-function, provides for the complete unification of all (quantum) Information, as the quantised format of material nature, throughout all of expanding space and all of emerging time from the singularity. This universal and complete (fully informed) non-local correlation of Quantum Information (QI) effectively provides the context for each and every particle-function to manifest in the progress of the evolution of matter in space-time. Here, at light speed (no time or space) the wave function is effectively replete and inclusive of all Information, as quantised material existence (particle-function) throughout relative space-time. Hence, the wave-function (at light speed) provides for the unitive and precursive state, in the OWP loop, which is the all pervasive essence and fundamental origin in the subsequent projection of material existence. This informs and enables each particle-function, in the universally ubiquitous ‘here and now’ moments of space-time, to manifest in evolutionary context with the observer-function, in the loop of all creation. Here. the observer (human being etc) is confined within the mutability of energy-mass in space-time (see below).
In the sequence of the OWP Loop of CQI; the ‘Wave’ is the Informer – the ‘Observer’ the Informing (mediator) – the ‘Particle’ the Informed of material context, form and function. Here, due to the wave function in the loop, this sequence is essentially concurrent and in correlated and coordinated unison. This, by necessity, is beyond space-time boundaries, through non-locality in space and time. This has been the confounding conundrum in the quest for concise knowledge, be it Science, Natural Philosophy, Transcendental Self-realisation, etc.
The particle-function, the fully informed of universal context, occur only on measurement or contact (correlation) with the observer or macro entity within the sequential and orderly confines of space and time (space-time). The localised particle-function from the non-local, and all-pervasive, wave-function is the fundamental essence of material nature in space-time, through the pivotal observer-function. This CQI of OWP Loop Function is how Paul Dirac’s ‘quantum mechanics’ determines that ‘between interactions particles do not exist’. Here, it is the relationship (correlation, interaction) between things that enduringly exists, the things themselves are promulgated and evolve through that, the things (living organisms etc) are the developing product of that.
The Correlation of Quantum Information through the O-W-P loop function is the singular process involved in the creation, development and maintenance of all physiological organisms and systems, including all matter and space-time itself. This fundamentally progressive universal operating system encompasses all Information throughout all of the expanding space-time that precedes and effectively propagates each particle-function, relative to the beginning or outset of space-time, the outset of probability, the cosmic singularity. This non-local universal relativity, of Quantum Information, informs the orientation of each particle-function to occur in-line with the specific context of the observer’s own (discrete) correlative environment such as the maintenance and evolution of the flora and fauna of this world etc. This provides for the creation and development of all material nature in accordance with the conscious Observer’s (tree, human etc) necessity in the complete non-locality of expanding space-time – The Participatory Universe.
As well documented; ‘The Universe in which space-time, and the matter within it, were created from a cosmic singularity, the so called ‘Big-Bang’
This so-called ‘cosmic singularity’ may be observed as the inception (first cause) of the universe, the outset of probability. This is the initial Pilot Wave* of the Light field’s incursion or interaction with the primordial preform Plenum* or Absolute Void. The symbiotic interaction of these two (Light – Plenum/Void) generates the quantisation that is the necessary medium (not unlike a fractal) of CQI. Here the correlation of these two fields, in relative duality, provides for the expanding and animated universe of energy-mass in space-time. However, it is the Light field that is the sole inspiration and animation in all subsequent material nature. Here, space-time, and the form and function within it, including individualised consciousness, are continuously created and maintained in the non-local and universally relative projection of this, effectively, all inclusive cosmic singularity. This is implemented through the CQI of the OWP loop function in all-pervasive and all-inclusive complexity.
*The ‘Pilot Wave’ is the initial incursion (impact and diversification), of the Plenum (absolute void), by the Light field. The interactive correlation of these two effective opposites sets in motion the dualistic and dynamic expansion, through quantisation, that provides the familiar universe of name and form, in action, within space-time. In the symbiotic projection of the subsequent universal operating system (CQI of OWP), the wave-function, at light speed, is replete of Quantum Information (QI) and entirely non-local throughout the morphic and synergetic dualities of space-time, energy-mass etc. that constitutes the universe. This enables the particle-function to manifest in evolutionary context with the observer-function in the OWP loop of CQI. The Creative Principle that constitutes the universe.
*The primordial ‘Plenum’ is the absolute counterpoise to any movement, moment or thing, the formless Void of inert and absolute density that is the complete epitome of nothingness, the Absolute Zero of everything. No-thingness, no energy, no quantisation, no information. Nothing! no relativity or consciousness in a formless void. Entirely conceptual to observers (of Information) within space-time. But! Nevertheless, phenomenally necessary and fundamental to any energy-mass in space-time duality – the universe. The concept of the plenum/void may be equated with the concept of zero.
Here, a concept or state without zero, the plenum/void would render quantisation, mathematics, technology, evolution, modern life (virtually) non-existent. It would disrupt and deconstruct Everything! including the universe. This absolute zero of the plenum/void is the effective ‘Additive Identity’ in the proliferation all universal nature.
The Pilot Wave may be compared or equated with the superluminal (faster than light) ‘Inflation Theory’ of the initial universe. Here, the universal constants (of CQI) were forged where the subsequently established ‘speed of light’ Informs, pervades and facilitates this entire universe of material nature, through correlation, in space-time. This is achieved through the ‘harmonic proportion’ between the two fields, as they interact in the projection of material nature. Thus is established the necessary balance and synergy of the laws and parameters (the fundamental constants) of universal production. This generates the relative duality, through quantisation, in the correlated action of energy-mass in space-time. This is the foundational principle of universal evolution and existence. Here, the messenger particles, called bosons, are the different faces of the Light field – the matter particles, called fermions, the different faces of the Plenum interaction. The correlation (relationship) of these two particle families is rooted in symmetry, and its partial loss (see below).
‘There is no gravity, the universe sucks’ [sic] – the non-stuff of so-called ‘dark matter’. This is the intrinsic and central ‘reversion to type’ of the primordial Plenum, the absolute void, in the distortion of space and time. This in turn provides the mass attraction that is partially known as gravity (see below). In the opposing nature of the two fields, that are Light and the Plenum, this is the negative contractional effect of the counterpoising Plenum (void) relative to the expansive Light field. Here, each particle, every agglomeration of matter is the Plenum’s counterpoising vortex of energy in inherent contraction. This is in contrast to the expansion and positive expression, including the so-called ‘dark energy’, of the Light field which provides all energy and animation as the expanding universe of form and function. The symbiosis of these two counterpoising paradigms (Light-Plenum) produces the foundational duality that is Light and Gravity, energy and mass, space and time, the synergy of which is the manifestation of all material nature, including the observation of life, as the Participatory Universe (see below).
Here, in the developing or declining nature of all things, it is the ‘generation and development’ of the Light field in interaction with the ‘de-generation and arresting development’ of the Plenum. This is the distortion of energy-mass in space-time that is the provision of the observable universe of name and form, in action. This is where the Light Field is effectively parameterized by the counterpoising Plenum/Void in the symbiotic duality of harmonic universal production.
NB. The Plenum is the basis or origin of all dimensions, even conceptually. The Pilot Light Wave is the expansion and inherent expression of dimensions, in correlated action. Here the effective dimensions emerge from the plenum, through the inspiration of the Light field. The Pilot Wave of the light field is also the original single force from which emerges the electromagnetic, gravitational, strong and weak forces of material nature (see below).
The universal propensity of the agglomeration or aggregation of matter/mass as planets, stars etc. are not, of themselves, conscious but are the result of this ‘reverting to type’ of the Plenum. Similarly, human unknowing, as ignorance in material identity, are of the pre-form Plenum, which is inertia, and the vacuous void that is the effective counterpoise to growth and progress – consciousness, movement and action. Nevertheless, this astonishing plenum or void is fundamentally intrinsic to the universal production of all matter in space-time, as quantisation. This occurs through the symbiotic interaction of the Light field with the Plenum. This produces the dualistic and expanding universe of energy-mass in space-time within the subsequent universal constant (parameter) of light speed. This inspiration (of the Light field) provides the animation and identity of matter in space-time, as diversified form and function, at sub-light speed, within the boundaries of space-time. Here, ‘Light, energy and space’ are the symbiotic attributes of the Pilot Wave (Light field). ‘Gravity, mass and time’ the symbiotic effect of the Plenum, or void. Through the correlated interaction of these variables arises the dualistic synergy of ‘Light-Gravity, energy-mass, space-time’, in harmonic proportion, that provides and constitutes the universe. Further on the triad theme; ‘quantum logic’ suggests that the OWP loop function of CQI is probably revealingly correlated with the ‘quarks’ that have unusually 1/3 and 2/3 units of electrical charge. The tripartite function and correlation of both (OWP & quark) are indicative of this dualistic material reality, albeit transient. This includes the discrete but pivotal consciousness of the human observer/participator which is the essential agency and evolved expression, of the OWP loop function of CQI, in this world.
Authors note; Although a logical perspective, this may at first appear to be somewhat complex, convoluted conjecture. However, where the application of formal logic is intractable; it is the ‘new logic for the understanding of complex networks’ and self organising systems, as called for by von Neumann and echoed by others. This ‘quantum logic’ is functionally straightforward and applicable in terms of current scientific and general knowledge, it is quite easily grasped by the enquiring mind.
The O-W-P loop of CQI is the conveyor and facilitator of universal information throughout the entirety of material nature in space-time, through quantisation. It is through the cyclic encoding of CQI, in the monumentally repetitive but subtly variable cycles of solar-systems, planetary-systems, geo/bio-systems, that leads to the development of complex self-organising systems such as trees and humans, including biological cells etc, over evolutionary time. This is the spatial accumulation of non-local ‘time-lines’, or more specifically ‘information-lines’, through the CQI of OWP, that is intrinsic to the constitution and progress of all things.
NB. Information is the measure of the number of possible alternatives between things. Here the conscious observer-function, in the loop, mediates the ‘it from bit’ of these alternatives (probability wave-function) in the manifestation of the particle-function. Information correlation is ubiquitous throughout the universe.
The macro correlation of celestial bodies such as the sun, moon and Jupiter etc is specific and proportionally aggregated Quantum Information Correlation, as mass accumulation. This provides the essential ‘light with gravity’ harmonics of CQI (see below). This macro aggregation of matter, in harmonic proportion, gives rise to the provision of probability in the diversity and complexity of life on Earth. This is the universal ‘consciousness in identity’ pro-vision, or omniscience, of universal probability. The effective macro-cosmical mind-set of universal consciousness.. Very indiscrete! Here, the discrete consciousness of the observer, in the OWP loop, informs and facilitates the refinement (focus of CQI) in the diversity and complexity of Universal Consciousness of the Cosmos, as the evolution of material nature in relational form and function. This is achieved through complete non-locality in space-time where so-called ‘retro-causality’ is an abstract symptom of the unified aspect (wave-function) in the CQI of the O-W-P loop function. Here, in space-time, the conscious perspective of the human observer is ‘narrowed’ by its discrete role in the Observer-Wave-Particle loop function. However, it is not necessarily ‘limited’ to that (see below).
CQI’s reach extends to the establishment (origin) of the necessary balance in the physical laws and parameters (fundamental constants) of harmonic universal production, underpinning all aspects of universal existence. Without this provision no life, nothing, could possibly exist. Here, the entire orientation of the universe, in all its complexities, is due to Consciousness, the discrete consciousness of the observer (human being etc.) being the mediator, the CQI commander, of the OWP loop of Cosmic consciousness.
NB. The teleology (purpose) of universal probability is why the universe is so apparently vast, by necessity of maximum (optimal) diversity. That is, the sheer probabalistic magnitude of the developing cosmos allows for the seemingly obscure actualisation of planets such as this one (Earth), in all probability. In terms of the CQI of the O-W-P loop function, the inherent consciousness innate to this planet alone (though not necessarily alone) is sufficient to provide for this galaxy’s existence, the same applies to all other galaxies (see below). This is the teleology of universal consciousness that begets and maintains all things, including yourself as the discrete but pivotal correlative agent of that in evolution. This is the CQI of the O-W-P loop function that is the fundamental operating system of the entire universe, including the actual refinement of evolution. Thus we are, in truth, the offspring of Universal Consciousness. In that, we implicitly share the same true universal identity that is Consciousness beyond the illusion of ‘I and mine’, ‘us and them’. We receive, we give, we share, we facilitate, all else is the delusion of human ignorance. In essence consciousness is fundamental and purely relational.
Here, your consciousness, your defining ‘Self’ is engaged or entangled – symbiotically combined – with the void of the Plenum. This creates the material identity of form and function through the dualistic interaction of the Light field with the Plenum-void. The trick or purpose is to transcend or extricate (free) oneself from this bondage of the void that is material nature in negative identity. This occurs through the repetitive cycles of material nature and the limitation or transience of self-identity in that. Act with the Creative Principle that is your true and full Identity. know thyself and the temptations of false identity and habits (cycles) of the entrenchment that comes of the Void, by necessity of material nature. Conscious choice in the differentiation of the Light or Void, the distinction between energy and matter, that becomes on realisation choiceless awareness. This is the freedom of unconditional love, that is free from the chaos of conditional love (see below).
Consciousness is the fundamental driver of universal existence, with each individual self-organising system (trees, humans etc) representing a quotient of consciousness. Liberation from the constraints of a discrete and transient material environment (the mind-body organism, world etc) is achievable through the individual’s Self-realised consciousness, transcendentally rarefied, as the pivotal and commanding Observer, the contextual provider within the OWP loop of all creation.
The Primacy of Consciousness from a Biological Perspective
Each organic self-organising system, all of organic life, is made up of cells. Each cell is a multi-faceted self-organising system of itself, therefore each individual cell has, or poses, a necessary degree of consciousness. This provides for the micro-biological Correlation of Information which enables the development and progress of bio-organisms into increasingly complex self-organising entities such as self-actualised human beings etc. This is the basis, and movement, of biological evolution.
Discrete human consciousness is the refinement of Universal Consciousness, in evolved form and function, through the epigenetic Correlation of Information between cellular function and developing human consciousness, in orientation and identity. It is the Correlation of Universal Consciousness itself that draws forth all things and living entities, through quantisation, that are by necessity subject to, and dependent on environmental influences. These systemically correlated influences are biological, global, solar, galactic and universal. This is the complete cyclic spectrum of CQI in the unified principle of universal nature that is the O-W-P Loop Function.
It is the ‘Correlation of Information’ (relationship) aspect that is The Consciousness, the self-organising discrete consciousness of the mind-body organisms and trees etc. are the agents of material production in the expression of that. This is the relativity ‘in action’ between The Light Field and the no-thingness of the Plenum-void, and everything that becomes of that, within space-time boundaries, as the quantisation of Information . All Quantum Information (QI), everything is unified at light speed, only the precursive ‘ideation’ (pro-vision in probability) of form and function predominantly remains, in probability. This is the origin of the expanded consciousness of diversified life and existence that functions and evolves in complete correlation. This ‘Relating Self’ is the essential ‘Oneness’ of the entire universe that is the true and singular identity.
Thus, Universal Consciousness in the form of Information, as quantisation, is all pervasive. You are the necessary (conscious) agent of quantum relativity, the part that receives and formats Quantum Information as quantised material nature in the duality of space-time. As light comes from outside (of you) and is received through the eye, so all Information is received from outside influences. You are the effective CPU, the Essential processing unit, as a highly evolved mind-body organism that endures within this transient duality, as it is made-up of this functional duality of mind-body, space-time, energy-mass, Light-Void. You are the symbiotic product and pivotal function of this entire dualistic synergy, made manifest by the Light. Know then, that you are the lord of your being, that you are the sentient incarnation of Universal Consciousness, and emerge from Plato’s Cave with Joy.
Here, the co-relative environment is conscious. Where, the whole of universal relativity is Conscious. When, the self-organising systems are observing. In, the consciously unified Observation that constitutes the relational universe.
The aim of this thesis is to reveal the concentric solution to the vagaries of human ignorance that is basically the forgetfulness of the higher nature and true identity. This is based on the premise that reality is not ineffable, and that human behaviour is currently eccentric to That.
The OWP loop of CQI serves as the universal vehicle by which all is measured, actualised and realised. Self-awareness of one’s identity within the loop leads to enlightenment, and eventual freedom from the cyclic constraints of transient material nature. The enduring and replete domain of probability in identity, the entire universe, that is Consciousness Itself.
All self-organising systems and their attributes are adjuncts of Universal Consciousness, which is diversified as such to give meaning and expression of itself, in duality, through the agency of the discrete consciousness that defines your-Self. The Observer observing the observed.
In a nutshell, Universal consciousness is primary where fundamental particles and quantum mechanics are a derivation, a construct, of that. The discrete consciousness of the observer (human beings etc.) emerges through the evolution of matter towards self-organising systems and perhaps ultimately ‘self-actualising’ mind-body organisms. The integral ‘CQI of the OWP Loop Function’ is the essential operating system that informs and constitutes the developing universe. Materialism alone is insufficient in arriving at a ‘Grand Unified Theory’ (GUT) or ‘Theory of Everything’ (TOE).
In summary, The Quantum Numinous thesis proposes a holistic worldview in which consciousness, particularly its role in mediating quantum information, is the foundation of universal existence. This perspective challenges traditional notions of reality, emphasising the interconnectedness and universality of consciousness, in identity, throughout space-time.
Authors note: Although a fairly well documented but unspecified and extreme rarity throughout history, the CQI of the OWP function is perceivable and knowable by the human being, through enquiry and observation, and simply the joy of conscious realisation. This is Correlated Consciousness, the That that everyone, every living entity (every self-organising system) essentially aspires to, and ultimately achieves.

To be consciously aware of the Correlation of Quantum Information (CQI) that operates through the Observer-Wave-Particle (O-W-P) loop function is to realise the essential Self in all of life’s diversity. This is the Self-realisation, of the fundamental universal operating system, that provides for the unitive perspective of consciousness that is inclusive of all of life and universal existence, including the forms and functions, and the vagaries of behavior therein. This is the love, compassion and intelligence, as One, of Universal consciousness. This is the ultimate purpose of true evolution.
A comprehensive ‘theory of everything’ must, by definition, deal with everything;
The Correlation of Quantum Information through the OWP loop function is the fundamental operating system of universal existence.
Here, the fundamental existence of all universal nature is that which is often termed ‘God’.
Thus, the fundamental existence of the human being is that which is often termed ‘God’.
Therefore, the fundamental existence of humanity is that which is often termed ‘God’.
Hence, the fundamental existence of all of life and consciousness is that which is often termed ‘God’.
However! The fundamental existence of ‘mass’ is not God, it is of the counterpoising Plenum-Void. Here the conscious-self is often referred to as ‘the soul’, where the transient material body is not that. Nevertheless! The transient mind-body organism is a discrete expression of universal consciousness, in evolutionary context, as the conscious Self (soul) in personal development. Here. personality is an essential feature of universal probability.

The Quantum Numinous thesis also highlights the incongruous and ‘unsustainable case of planet earth’ in view of this progressive universal operating system that is the essential expression of love and law, devotion and truth, strength and beauty. And the necessary counterpoise to that for the occurrence of a dualistic material universe;
It is not for the love of a wife that a wife is dear, it is for the love of the soul in the wife that a wife is dear,
It is not for the love of a husband that a husband is dear, it is for the love of the soul in the husband that a husband is dear,
It is not for the love of children that children are dear, it is for the love of the soul in children that children are dear,
It is for the love of the soul in humanity that humanity is dear,
And it is for the love of the Soul in the Cosmos that the Cosmos is dear.
The observer, the conscious-self, the Soul resides temporarily as the mind-body organism, by necessity of transient material nature, in true evolution. Here, the conscious-self, The Soul continues to be reborn in the cycles of material nature until it transcendentally realises the higher truth, the higher reality that is the unitive-state of The Light.

The Quantum Numinous thesis acts as a counterpoise (unintentional) to the popular ‘Many Worlds Theory’. A central hypothesis is that at the quantum level ‘non-locality’ applies to both time as well as space. Essentially the probability of the wave-particle function is universally relative, mutable, and may transpose quantum information non-locally, via the singularity, on correlation and in contextual accordance with the pivotal mediator, the observer-function. This is the ‘universal relativity’ of quantum information in each and every collapse of the wave to particle function. Due to complete non-locality (space & time) the entirety of expanding space-time is given at the outset of the universe where, at the quantum level, time does not flow. Therefor all particle functions are universally informed and effectively projected superluminally, that is non-locally, from the outset of the universe. All in accordance with the observers necessity, that is the immediate correlative locality, within the evolution of matter in space-time.

The singularity at the inception of the universe is the origin and effective emission of all information, as quantisation, in the manifest production of all wave to particle functions, through the conscious observer function. This encompasses all universal information throughout all of expanding space and all of emerging time. It is the observer-function via the wave-function that constitutes each and every specific particle-function, in evolutionary context, as the continuity of individual form and function in space-time. This rather than an infinite number of alternative universes spontaneously popping into existence as in Many Worlds interpretation. The QN interpretation also predicts new empirical laws which may be confirmed by new tests. It correlates Light with Gravity and illustrates the fundamental relativity between quantum mechanics and cosmology.
Introduction
The Quantum Numinous thesis attempts to describe, in literary format, the essential nature of the human being (observer) in relation to the universe as a whole, and vice versa.
- The receptive capacity of consciousness is the essential mediator of the probability wave-function that manifests, in context, the particle-function throughout space-time.
- Quantum Information, through quantisation, is the primary relative feature of the expanding universe.
- The Correlation of Quantum Information (CQI) is the fundamental operating system that inspires, informs and actualises all universal nature, in due course.
CQI is mediated by the observer role in the ‘Observer-Wave-Particle loop function’ (OWP) where the so-called ‘wave-particle duality’ is actually subject to the observer which is the contextual progenitor that mediates the probability of the wave to particle function to manifest in specific context with the evolutionary circumstance and continuity of any observer or macro entity, that is receptive to QI correlation, within space-time.
All particle functions are informed of their orientation and context by the observer function. Therefore all particle functions require a level or ‘medium’ of consciousness with which to correlate in the interaction of matter in space-time. Hence, any functional entity, such as a tree (photosynthesis) or human being etc, possess or poses a level of so-called consciousness. Even a modicum of consciousness is adequate for the universally receptive purpose of CQI.
The entire universe is systematically integrated, unified, through the Correlation of Quantum Information (CQI) that is mediated by the receptive and conscious observer in the tripartite observer-wave-particle (O-W-P) loop function.
The wave-function travels at light speed where space contracts to zero and time dilates to infinity, beyond space-time boundaries. Here, each and every wave to particle function is primarily synchronised and transpositional of unified quantum information, effectively entangled throughout all subsequent and emergent space-time.
Each form, every living entity or self-organising system is a highly complex and transient aggregation of integrated and informed quantum activity, in correlation, made manifest through the OWP loop of CQI.
This continual transformation in myriad complexity happens so rapidly, timelessly in quantum detail, giving rise to the impression of continual but separate existence(s) to the observer (human being etc) of name and form within the countless correlations that are the effective projection of space-time.
It is at the very outset of probability in space-time, the singularity of the universe (so-called Big Bang), that each and every fundamental particle has its essential origin and manifest existence as an inclusive product of CQI in the correlative arena of space-time. Here, all fundamental particles are entangled (co-relative) throughout all of expanding space and all of emerging time. This includes all forms and all functions of agglomerated quantum information, as material nature, in action. Here, the observer or any receptive self-organising system in space-time correlates directly with the collapse of the wave to particle function, via the singularity. This is the mediation of the wave to particle function to occur in evolutionary context with the specific circumstance and environmental continuity, of the observer or macro entity, in evolutionary space-time. Thus, the observer is the mediator, at every level, in all universal activity. This provides the specific context (of each particle) for the continuity and evolution of life, and all material nature, through time.
Quantum Information (quantisation) originates at the singularity which is the essential element in the sum of all subsequent information correlation which presents the expanding projection of relative action in space-time, the universe.
The whole universe is a transient living and moving material image of consciousness, in identity, engaged in evolutionary progress, effectively projected superluminally (non-locally) from the origin of space-time. This origin, this cosmic singularity, is as a node where the synchronous loop(s) of CQI is informed and progenitive of all action, throughout space-time. The CQI in all diversified OWP loop functions provides the extended and expanding universe of individual entities, in action, within space-time.
Thus, due to the receptive consciousness of the observer each wave to particle function extends or transposes quantum information non-locally, that is superluminally, via the singularity to encompass all subsequent, but relative, information throughout the progress of time and space. This provides for the particle function to manifest in context with the evolutionary circumstance, and in accordance, with the continuity of the observing (correlating) entity within the synchronised projection (wave to particle) of the expanding relativity of space-time.
The systematic and repetitive nature of the cyclic universe such as solar-systems, planetary systems, eco/bio-systems etc promulgates the process of evolution that progressively encodes localised consciousness in form and function. This is due to the harmonic proportion of consistent and persistent cyclic repetition, including the subtle variation within each cycle, over time, where nothing is identical in space-time. Here, through the quantum encodement of CQI, the manifestation of matter from energy develops towards progressively complex and aware self-organising systems, from entropy, in space-time. This progressive and universal quantum encoding, in the formation and maintenance of solar-systems, planets etc, is the effect of CQI in the reversion type of the counterpoising Plenum/Void, in relation to the Light Field, that in turn presents gravity (see below).
The macro correlation of the moon in direct proportion to the sun relative to the Earth. Generally considered to be random coincidence in a random universe when in action and provision it is specific and proportionally aggregated Quantum Information Correlation. This in turn provides the probability for the detailed and highly complex eco/bio diversity of the evolving world through the extended focus of CQI. All entirely due to the essential observer function in the non-local projection of the wave to particle function that constitutes all material nature.
The CQI of the O-W-P loop function is preponderate, that is precursive, to the extended encodement of quantum information, through quantisation, that constitutes the evolving material universe in action, in all its complexities. This constitution, this provision, consists of the Laws and parameters (fundamental constants) of universal production as applied by the correlation of quantum information through the Observer-Wave-Particle loop function. This in the expanding proliferation of maximum diversity in universal nature, through probability. These harmonic universal laws and parameters, these teleological constants, were established in the superluminal ‘rapid inflation’ that immediately followed the singularity (the big-bang), obviously they (the constants) were not propitious during this rapid expansion, the setting of probability and potential by the Pilot Wave of the Light field.
There are six essential variables of universal nature; Light, Energy and Space are the essential variables due to the Primary Light field. Heat, Mass and Time the essential variables due to the origin of gravity, the Plenum. It is the symbiotic correlation of these variables, as the two fields interact, that presents all of universal nature, including space-time. This the synergetic product of the observed duality that constitutes the universe. Nevertheless, matter has no activity apart from what may have been communicated to it from without (see below).
The act of observation in any given moment correlates directly with the unified preponderance of the singularity, via the wave-function in the loop. This transposes quantum information superluminally (non-locally) from the unitive state, which is inclusive of all subsequent space-time activity, through quantisation. Here, the wave aspect at light speed effectively renders no time or space.
The probability wave-function, which extends to ‘beyond space-time boundaries,’ is essentially informed and inclusively correlated with each and every manifest particle-function that occurs within and throughout space-time. This gives the specific, and universally relative, context for all the ensuing wave to particle functions that constitutes and maintains the expanding universe of material action in space-time.
This fundamental operating system prescribes and defines the wave-particle activity in the double slit experiment.
This is due to the dependency of the particle-function on the pivotal and contextual observer-function whose effective capacity (via the wave-function) ultimately extends to all space-time action including the origin of space-time, the origin of probability. However, this can be perceived ‘consciously’ only partially, on specific observation, and is dependent on the punctilio or the correlative level of ‘acuity, necessity and will’ as applied by the (human etc) observer’s awareness in the loop. This occurs universally but almost entirely imperceptibly to the plenary observers (in this world), it represents the highest value in the purpose of universal evolution.
NB. Human beings are discrete (limited) of conscious perception, by necessity, to be relative to their own immediate evolving environment. Nevertheless, awareness of one’s agency as the mediating observer provides a higher level of awareness that is of universal consciousness, the Unitive State.
In terms of conscious perspective and orientation the locus of the universe (singularity) may be considered as the effective emission of the faculties of observational awareness such as the retinal sense of sight, photosynthesis, and all other receptive capacity of quantum information, in all self-organising systems origin and development through CQI. The level or complexity of CQI in any said system determines the level of awareness and acuity in the receptive capacity of any said system.
In terms of consciousness itself all human beings are in essence identical and unified in the non-quantised observer-function their plenipotentiary but transient form (individual mind-body organism) being inspired and actualised of it. The only difference between themselves (individuals), in the act of observing, is the transient material aspect (quantised material image) that exists as the observed within the spectrum of all the moments that constitute the transient space-time image. The observer observing the observed.
Due to CQI of OWP the essential pan-genesis nature of the universe, including the proto-genesis of the singularity, provides that all reference points (particle-functions) throughout time and space are the effective inception, superluminally in concert, (non-local) that provides continuity of all transient universal nature. This includes all diversity of energy-mass in space-time. The CQI of the O-W-P is the entire set of processes involved in the development and maintenance of all individual organisms and systems, including the cosmos itself. Thus, the CQI pan-genesis of the proto-genesis is the ontogenesis of the human being, and all else.
Quantum Information is transpositional (non-local) at light speed, subject to observation, which effectively divests the ‘information’ (as quantisation) from the wave-function to the informed particle-function. This is the conversion to mass M from energy E that is augmented by the observer-function (consciousness) providing the essential context in the evolution of matter in space-time – life, the universe and everything.
That which produces, directs and maintains the entire universe is the sum of all consciousness itself, which includes all selves as one. Each individual self is a quotient of consciousness where consciousness itself is non-quantised but rather identified in diversity, the observer function being the correlator of the quantised particle function within space-time. This interpretation represents the higher Self, the higher transcendental nature of universal existence, that is attainable and applicable by the informed consciousness of the human being where consciousness becomes liberated from the restriction or limitation of embodiment in a discrete and quantised environment such as the mind-body organism in this world etc.
The O-W-P loop of CQI is the universal vehicle by which all is measured, actualised and realised. To be Self-aware of one’s identity (agency) in the loop is Enlightenment. To be in centered control (non-eccentric) of the loop ultimately leads to proven dominion over material nature, in transcendence of the ‘local’ laws and parameters of the host environment, the world etc. This is the realised observation that consciousness is fundamentally unique in terms of ‘All Consciousness is Paramount or Sacred’, the compassion of which is the highest level of intelligence, the ultimate realisation in correlated space-time.
All macro agglomerated nature (suns, planets etc) achieves its formation through the universally cyclic or spiralling repetition, that is the reverting to type of the original ground-state of the Plenum (non-quantised inertia), that presents gravity. This a part of the fundamental ‘give and take’ of the two fields in symbiotic interaction. Nevertheless, it is the Light field that presents the dynamic of action and consciousness, in identity, within expanding space-time. The Plenum is simply the counterpoise, or necessary limitation, of that in the duality of all universal nature.
All material nature achieves its animation and inspiration through the Primary Light field, where the effect of gravity presents memory of time, and The Light presents awareness in space to the conscious observer within the duality of space-time.
The dualistic and symbiotic correlation of these two fields presents individualised consciousness and diversified identity in form and function, or Consciousness in Identity – The Universe.
NB. Not unlike the concept of ‘gravity’, which came to be known, ‘Information’ now needs to come to be known for what it essentially is, and applied, for the realisation of human development, growth and progress in the purpose of human evolution.
The Light and the Plenum:
The singularity of the universe is the initial expression of the primary Light field’s incursion within the Plenum, absolute void. Subsequently the two fields interact in correlated synergy as the expanding universe of quantised information in individualised form and function.
The center of the galaxy, the singularity of the black hole, is also the reversion to type of the Plenum (void) where the influence of the primary Light field ceases, is absent. No-thingness in a formless void, the Plenum.
The idea of multiple singularities (as in black holes) concludes with the idea of the Plenum where the universally informing wave-function (Light field) renders no space or time, the unified state of all the galaxies, at light speed. “Perhaps not unlike a string of pearls at, near light speed, expanding and contracting in cyclic harmony”.

The fundamental provision of the universe is the transposition of quantum information through non-local (superluminal) information transfer.
The Universe is a self-organising system in a unified state of progression where in space, or when in time, no part or function exists independently, of itself, throughout all of space and all of time, space-time.
The whole universe is systematically integrated, unified, through the Correlation of Quantum Information (CQI) that emerges, in quantised format, from the symbiotic interaction of the primary Light field in correlation with the counterpoising field, or plenum, of formless inertia. This plenum is in a pre-quantised state or void that becomes, on correlation (with the primary field of light), the force of gravity in the now quantised diversification, of the two fields, as action in space-time. The mediation of Information, as quantisation, is augmented by the Observer-Wave-Particle loop function. All the myriad observer-wave-particle functions, throughout space and time, are unified in this fundamental trilogy or ‘quantum loop’ that informs, inspires and presents all of universal nature, in context, within expanding space-time. This as energy-mass in transient formation in the four-fold evolution process (see below) that defines the progress of universal nature, including consciousness, as the observer observing the observed in a unified projection of tripartite quantum loop activity.
Non-locality (instant relationship in action at a distance) applies to both time as well as space where the origin and function of all fundamental causal relationships, and all else, is the product of the correlation of quantum information (CQI), of the loop, that performs throughout all of space and all of time ‘inclusively’. At the quantum level the origin of space-time (so called big bang), the singularity, is the universal locus, focus and proto-manifestation of all material action and observational consciousness (observer function) in universal nature. It is this ‘singularity’ this universal node, that effectively correlates, all encompassingly, throughout all emerging space-time in context with the pivotal observer function, or macro entity, within each unfolding moment of evolutionary space-time. At the speed of light space contracts to zero and time dilates to infinity where all wave-particle functions are superluminally (non-locally) and therefore synchronously correlated (entangled) in context with the origin and the sum of all subsequent wave-particle functions, that create and maintain the universe. This accounts for the constancy of the speed of light (in space-time) in terms of the non-local superluminal information transfer that is intrinsic to the observer-wave-particle loop function in the provision and continuity of action in space-time. This is the CQI of the observer-wave-particle loop function that is conceived through the initial incursion of the expansive Light field within the plenum of formless inertia (no-thingness) from which the gravitational force emerges, on correlation, as quantised and transient material nature in space-time. Electromagnetism, mediated by photons (quanta), is therefor also emergent, as quantisation, in the effect of the primary Light field which is the presenter of Quantum Information, as quantised universal nature.
Information is synonymous with quantisation. Information is quantisation, and Quantum Information is the essential precursor, through the observer function, to name and form (individual entities) in space-time.
Each and every wave-particle function is effectively entangled, transpositional by nature, throughout all time and space from the inception of the universe which is correlated, throughout expanding space-time, with the present moment observer-particle function. Quantum entanglement, in action through the wave to particle function, is the essential provision of space-time and all universal nature, cause and effect. Quantum Information is therefore prefigurative to universal nature.
The quantised nature of the universe, as the two fields interact, provides for the emergence of the essential variables of Electromagnetism (Light), Energy and Space relative to the primary Light field. Heat, Mass and Time the essential variables attributable to the gravity field, via the counterpoising plenum. All the variables are actualised and energised by the prolepsis field of Light on correlation with the plenum of formless inertia. Light is the singular progenitor that provides universal nature, as the transient material image of expression, in exposition.
Space-time is not fundamental, it being both a ‘product of’ and ‘subject to’ the superluminal (non-local) information transfer to the observer in the OWP loop of CQI. Nevertheless, to the conscious observer (human being etc) within the projected space-time paradigm the immediate world environment, including the solar system, appears to have developed from entropy (disorder) through time until equilibrium is achieved. Here the persistent and consistent cyclic repetition, that is the cycles within cycles of universal evolution, results as informed and conscious self-organising systems in space-time.
In the material projection of the ‘Quantum Information Loop’ the level of CQI complexity, such as neuron transmission and photosynthesis etc, in any self-organising system (tree, mind-body organism etc), gives rise to the level of consciousness (awareness and ability) in any said system, relative to the evolving circumstance and environment, of the observer or macro entity within space-time. Quantisation is the primary symbiotic product, or effect, of the two fields in correlation, where photons (bosons) are the quantised representation of Light. Fermions are the quantised representation of Gravity as the two fields interact (see below).
The consciousness of the observer function is non-quantised as it precedes and promulgates the particle function in the development of form and function, as action in space-time. Here, consciousness is the quantisor being of the primary non-quantised field of Light, in the loop.
NB. The CQI of the OWP function is as a stitched loop, informed and correlated ‘in context’, from the beginning of space-time and inclusive of all subsequent space and time correlation. The entirety of the expanding universe, of matter in space-time, pertains relatively to the present moment particle function, without disparity. Universal nature being as a, work in progress, tapestry[2] of agglomerated and unified quantum loop activity in contextual accord.
In terms of the collapse of the wave to particle function, the binary of the ‘in-out’ or ‘on-off’ of ‘probability’, in the wave-particle function, is the fundamental signal of CQI, in myriad complexity. This all pervasive wave-particle complexity provides the expanding universe, of matter in space-time, to the observer. The ‘in’ or ‘on’ of the probability wave-function in terms of the non-local, (superluminal) information transfer at light speed. And the ‘out’ or ‘off’ probability of the particle function, at sub-light speed, as material nature in space-time. It is due to the necessity, acuity and will of the observing or macro entity ‘within’ space-time that determines the context or outcome of the probability in the, seemingly uncertain, wave-particle function. This is the universal relativity of self-organising systems such as, for example a cell, a tree or human being etc. However, with regards to trees it is simply the ‘necessity’ aspect that determines the ubiquitous photosynthesis (of the Light) in the growth and progress of that particular system(s). Nevertheless, the consciousness of the observer as the human being has unlimited potential, subject only to realisation, in the cause and effect universe.
Each and every act of observation, in the loop function of CQI, is the contextual progenitor of the particle-function in space-time that constitutes all material nature and action, the universe. Like the single in-and-out movement of a thread in the sewing of a tapestry that has great complexity and variety. The ‘life’s rich tapestry’ perspective, including the potential premeditated and artful application of human consciousness in view of the observer-function’s identity and capacity within the loop of all creation.
The relay of Information to the observer, the wave function, is effectively replete of all universal information throughout space-time, completely unconditional and benevolent of itself subject only to the relative ‘context’ in which it is received and actualised (decohered particle function) by the observer or macro entity.
The observer-wave-particle function is the medium of conscious attraction and fulfillment. It is purely as unconditional beneficence traversing to-and-fro, without constraint, in the creation and probable maintenance of the contextual space-time universe.
NB. Current descriptions of black-holes include the ‘infinite density singularity’ at the center of it. This is illustrative of the original pre-quantised ‘ground-state’ of the plenum or void, no space-time paradigm where the primary Light field is absent. Therefore all black-holes are unified as one, where there is no space or separation in preponderance to space-time, but not to the observer within space-time where the primary Light field is all pervasive and omniscient.

The fundamental unity lying deeper than relativity and quantum theory as currently understood
The fundamental nature of the entire universe is the diversification and expression of Quantum Information through the observer-wave-particle loop function. The correlative function of Light with the plenum of formless inertia provides for the manifest and relative universe of name and form including the pivotal observer function therein. The light presents the wave, the plenum the particle and the observer the pro-active entity as the harmonic proportion of the wave-particle duality that is directly relative to the unified singularity, the origin of probability in space-time. (see below).
Each loop of CQI is as a unique stream if information resulting in the contextual particle function. The information wave that informs (precipitates) the particle is superluminal until in correlation (contact) with the observer or macro entity within relative space-time. The particle function is informed of its context (actualised) by the loops non-local (superluminal) assimilation with all other wave-particle functions throughout the spacial and temporal universe.
At the speed of light space contracts to zero and time dilates to infinity, where there is no space or time, outside space-time, effectively precursive to all phenomena and noumena within and including space-time.
Quantum Information correlation is preponderate to energy and mass in that it precedes, inspires and is fundamental, through complete non-locality, to the space-time, energy-mass and receptive observer function.
Light is synonymous with Information and the relational expression of that. Generally speaking, light conveys information, light is energy, informed energy, communicated (extended) via the wave aspect, received in situ (made manifest) by the particle aspect, the wave particle duality of light, all pervasive, all functional and fundamentally relative throughout the universe. The reduction from the speed of light (effective measurement) is the cause of decoherence or rationalisation of quantum properties, as discrete (limited but concise) information in practical context with the evolving observer-particle function. This results in the extended relational cycle(s) of energy-mass in spacetime that constitutes the universe. This represents the third aspect of Light in what is essentially the Trilogy of Light (see below) in a unified quantum loop(s) giving rise to the manifest but limited (parametered), although concise, expression of Information as universal nature, individual name and form.
Information correlation is fundamental to light, and light correlates Information itself, throughout the universe, by necessity of itself, being correlated with the field of Gravity that emerges from the correlative function of the Light with the pre-form plenum that provides quantisation. Information being pure, replete, collectively unitive at light-speed, transcendent to the wave-particle duality of light, the particle or mass function occurring at sub-light speed when in contact with any vibration or macro entity within space-time.
Photons transmit or transpose information and influence, which alters things, they do not respond to it. Interaction of messenger to action, wave to particle function of universal expression in manifest nature.
Information is inert, non-existent, incorporeal without correlation, as is everything. The universe and all of material nature occurs through the correlation and diversification of Quantum Information in the interaction of the field of Light with the formless void of inert density that becomes the force of gravity in correlated space-time providing the fundamental relativity in that process. Electromagnetism, Energy and Space are the essential variables due to the Light field. Heat, Mass and Time the essential variables due to the G field. All the universe, each aspect, each sense object, each and every function is an agglomeration of the two fields as they interact in quantised harmonic proportion. All of the observable and unobservable universe is made manifest through the observer function, the ‘equilibrium position’ of CQI, as the essential variables, of each field, correlate in the performance of all aspects of universal nature.
The progress of universal nature, as evolution, is due to quantum non-locality in Time as well as Space (see below) which is fundamental in the presentation, or projection to the observer, of the transient manifest image (particle function) that constitutes the linear ‘cause and effect’ – material action in space-time paradigm. Thus each form, each living entity is a highly complex but transient ‘field’ of integrated quantum activity made manifest through the loop of CQI. This continual transformation in myriad complexity of quantum loop activity happens so rapidly (timelessly in quantum detail) giving rise to the impression of continual existence to the observer of name and form (individual entities) within Space-time. Thus, space-time is not fundamental.
The whole universe is effectively projected from the origin of space-time and completely integrated through the correlation, that is interaction, of the Light field with the Gravity field and the pivotal act of observation in that. This synchronous quantum loop of CQI is progenitive of action in space-time in all observer-wave-particle loop functions. Thus the Origin is as the Informer’, the wave projection the ‘informing’, and the particle function the ‘informed’, taken together they reveal the informer informing the informed as the observer observing the observed synchronously as one. Beyond the act of observation (the present moment macro/observer function) all is in primordial flux as the ‘universal probability wave function’.
At light speed the non-local projection of quantum activity, that is the fundamental constituent and informer of the human being etc, exists by necessity as the agglomerated but transient matter and form in space-time. The observer role is the definitive element and prescient order of cause and effect in the loop.
All of universal nature, each and every wave-particle function every where or when throughout all of spacetime, is entirely and continually created and maintained in the beginning, at the very inception of projected spacetime, through the ‘observer-wave-particle function’. At the quantum level the past is mutable and accessible, beyond direct sense perception but not human acuity, experience and interaction. Consciousness (of information) is not quantised, the observer function being precursive to the quantised particle function.
Light (electromagnetism), Energy and Space are the requisite variables due to the primary field of Light. Heat, Mass and Time the requisite variables due to the Gravitational field. It is the correlation or interface of these quantised variables, as the two fields interact, that propagates space-time and the transient material image functions therein. See Part 2. NB. The universal harmonic matrix lattice, as represented in Ulimwengu Pamoja (see below) involves multiple dimensions or layers in the preparation and projection of universal nature and may be observed from a variety of perspectives. This document attempts to highlight some in order to offer an holistic perspective on human experience including universal existence.
The universe is a subject of observation, the unfolding cycles within cycles, that is the story of energy and mass, mind and matter, thought and thing, ideation and production. It is a subject created through participation. The essential participants are the co-relative quanta that are the synergy in the interaction of the Light field with the origin (plenum) of the field of Gravity in symbiotic correlation. Refinement up to human Self-realisation is achieved through the perception of the cycles within cycles, or extending pillars, of the four-fold evolution process of universal purpose (see below).
NB. The repetitive nature of the cyclic universe (solar systems etc) promulgates or encodes, localised consciousness where the harmonic proportion of consistent and persistent repetition, including the subtle variation within each cycle ‘over time’ (nothing is identical in space-time), develops (evolves), through encodement, towards ever complex and aware self-organising systems, from entropy, in space-time. This universal process of the encoding of CQI is driven by the correlation of the field of Light with the origin of the field of Gravity where memory emerges from gravity and conscious awareness emerges from Light in the synergetic interaction of the two fields in productive correlation, relative to the singularity. From an overall perspective Gravity is synonymous with memory and Light is synonymous with consciousness (see below).

NB The O-W-P loop of CQI is the universal vehicle by which all is measured, actualised and realised. To be Self-aware of ones role in the loop (of CQI) is enlightenment that is the ‘pan-conscious genesis of the proto-conscious genesis’. To be in centered control (non-eccentric) of the loop leads to proven dominion over quantised material nature, in transcendence of the ‘local’ laws and parameters of the host environment, the world etc.
On balance, the universe may be observed to be an expression or expansion of the ‘that’ from the ‘not that’ in terms of the matter and anti-matter conundrum. As illustrated in the black hole/white hole concept, the universe is a projected spectrum of expression, from a locus (singularity), for there to be ‘not nothingness’ that is quantisation in expanding diversity, from ‘nothingness’, no diversity or fragmentation in a non-quantised formless void.
Essentially the human being is a ‘quanta of consciousness’, a highly complex agglomeration of quantum activity (CQI) correlating freely, but not independently, in the quantised probability nature of cyclic and evolutionary space-time. The mind-body organism being a manifest product of your own design, and conscious desire for the ‘that’, extended plurally from the ‘not that’ (not this, not that), the singular, the unitive of consciousness. The singularity, the origin or effective CPU, is fully informed of all potential, probability and capacity in universal nature. The fragmented of consciousness as the human observer is, by necessity, in formation as the essential agent of provision in the cause and effect projection that constitutes the universe. One and the same system, the former the emission and central processor, the latter the maintenance and continuity of all universal nature in a magnificently unified field of quantum loop activity.
Information does not exist without a universe, and the universe cannot exist without Information. The universe generates and diversifies Information, by necessity of itself, from the inception of expression through expansion. All of Information throughout space-time is, by nature, relative to each and every unfolding moment particle-function, its performance to transpose Information to action in context with the maintenance of the observer evolutionary function in any (and all) present moment(s). This occurs throughout the cycles of the evolutionary nature of the universe, Quantum Information being entirely transmutational ‘in action’ through the observer-function.
‘Difference’ is a fundamental concept in evaluating the synergy of the two fields (CQI) that produces the universe of name and form. It is difference, the differentiation of diversified expression, in relative format and mutual dependency, between the two diametric but complementary poles (as fields), in the conception of the loop. This is how we perceive and function in Light and Gravity as the action in space-time universe. The interactive synergy of the variables being the provision of diversification, in co-relative format, as universal nature including space-time.
Non-locality in Time and Space – Superluminal Information Transfer – Faster than Light Correlation – An Introduction
Quantum non-locality in Time as well as Space is a fundamental feature of the universe.
Non-locality in space is to a degree conceptually unthinkable, seemingly impossible to the macro environment world view, even more so for non-locality in time. Nevertheless, at the quantum level space-time is emergent, through the trilogy of observation (OWP), in the moment of each and every space-time, wave-particle function. The quantum loop of the observer-wave-particle function is essentially the precursor of action in space-time allowing ,in principle, for the instantaneous production and continuity of the space-time universe, but not to the observed ‘in’ spacetime. It is the observed (everything) in the observing (everywhere) of the observer (everywhen), in the trilogy of the quantum loop, that creates and maintains the transient space-time universe of everything, everywhere and everywhen (see below).
In terms of the observer in space-time there are things (particles etc) that don’t appear to exist today, neither probability or particle function, that tomorrow will appear to have existed through time, including yesterday, both probability and function including the configuration of universal nature in context with individual and relative consciousness. This is due to the dependency of the particle function on the pivotal observer function whose influential capacity (wave function), in the loop, ultimately extends to all space-time action including the origin of space-time. However, this can be perceived ‘consciously’ only partially, on specific observation, and is dependent on the punctilio or the ‘acuity, necessity and will’ of the human observer, in the loop, in the production of the phenomenal space-time universe. This occurs universally but, almost entirely, imperceptibly to the plenary observers in space-time, it represents the highest value in the purpose of universal evolution. (see Trilogy of Light, below).
In essence the quantum realm is in flux, not fixed or set in space or time when not observed or interactive, material nature in space-time occurring in consequence as an integral part of the universal probability wave function on observation or contact with the macro environment. This provides for all particle functions to occur in context with the pivotal and present moment particle function, including continuity of systems in space-time. This in evolutionary context within any self-organising systems development such as solar-systems, eco-systems, flora, fauna and ‘information inheritance’ in the progress of human evolution etc.
All phenomena, everything, is made manifest through the Correlation of Quantum Information whose origin is preponderate to, but immanent within, the energy-mass in space-time function. The synchronous function of the quantum loop, at the quantum level, exists within but is obviously not directly perceived in the space-time dimension of the unified loop(s).
NB. The provision of the singular time direction to the observer in space-time is probably due to the entire universe being in a state of pan-genetic expansion. This includes the atoms that constitute all matter, in that atomic expansion is exponentially equal (in ratio proportion) to universal expansion. As an atom expands from its nucleus so the space-time universe expands from its singularity. Gravity being the resistance to, or parameters of, the co-relative expansion proportion of the universe. This has major implications for consciousness and the capacity and ability that it, the observer, extends to.
The quantum dynamic of the expanding universe is that all things, probability and function, only occur in the here and now in context with the correlating observer entity in concert with the origin of spacetime. This encompasses all information throughout all of space and all of time right up to the present moment particle function. At the quantum level non-locality applies to both time and space, space-time being a conjugate and intra-morphic phenomenon, in relative format.
It is through the CQI of OWP that the quantum states (information) of one particle may be transposed, non-locally, to another throughout time as well as space, such as the transposition of orientation (angular momentum etc) known as ‘spin’ carried by elemental particles, composite particles and atomic nuclei.
Information is non-abstract only when it is transformed into knowledge, action and production, by consciousness.
The happening expression as material nature (particle function), by necessity, occurs in the fleeting but pivotal moment of transient space-time, its conception does not actually exist in time or space only in the exogenous origin of all information replete, that includes all information of all time and all of space that has preceded and is provisional to the present moment particle function. This traversal, or transposition, of quantum information throughout all spacetime to the present moment is due to the act of observation. This gives rise to the interactive moment of the manifest particle function that occurs within the space-time continuum, in its reduced of light speed location, evolution function. All entirely due to the correlation of quantum information, of the complementary variables, as the two fields interact as a unified field of quantum loop activity.
The electromagnetic wave travels at the speed of light where time dilates to infinity and space contracts to zero, where there is no time or space, beyond space-time. The correlation of QI is therefor synchronous in its preponderance to the space-time dimension, integral to all dimensions and all subsequent action in space-time.
It is the wave that inspires the mass as the active observable particle function, ad infinitum, that gives rise to the phenomenal universe. The wave (energy) aspect is essentially preponderate to the particle function that occurs in sequence on observation or contact with any vibration or macro entity (functional entity) in space-time. Photons transfer or transpose information, which alters things on correlation in the macro environment, they do not respond to it. Interaction of messenger function in manifesting nature entirely due to the inspiration and actualisation of QI correlation, on observation, through the ‘effectively’ collective and unified photon that is the singularity, the origin of probability in space-time (see below).
NB. Fundamental particles are discrete ‘packets’ of information, it is the information ‘conveyed’ that defines them in terms of the messenger function of photons (bosons). For example, the neutrinos, electrons muon and tau, as recently observed, are polymorphic, they diversify accordingly with the destination and receptive purpose in probabilistic context with the macro environment observer function.
The act of observation in any given moment correlates directly with the unified preponderance of the wave aspect which transfers information superluminally (non-locally) from the fullness and unitive state of space-time (wave aspect, speed of light – no time or space). Thus, through the messenger nature of photons (fundamental particles) quantum information is relayed to the actual space-time function, such as the observers ability of eyesight, the function of photosynthesis in flora and information inheritance in the evolution of human beings etc. This provides for the manifest particle function to occur in evolutionary context with the observer in its present moment event location, within space-time. The transformative ‘effect’ of the photon, in the probability wave function, is essentially polymorphic in line with the observers ’cause’. The basis of continuity and relativity in universal nature.
The electromagnetic force is mediated by photons which have zero mass allowing, in principle, for infinite range, not limited by time or space. However, when the two fields correlate or interact, the symbiosis of non-infinite range and non-eternal dense/inertia (of the plenum) is conceived as the expanding universe of action, as quantised and animated mass, in space-time.
NB. Special relativity theory allows for the superluminal hypothetical ‘tachyon’, this is as the messenger state or modulation nature of the wave to particle function that is precursive, or ‘transcendent’, to the polymorphic photon materialisation that occurs on observation and in context with the here and now. The so called tachyon, although not a particle as such, is the informing nature, from the unitive state, of the wave-particle function, to occur ‘in context’ with the observer or macro entity in space-time. It is the maintenance and continuity of evolution in space-time, inclusive of all universal information throughout all time and space.
On observation each and every fundamental particle effectively correlates, through the assimilation of light speed, with all fundamental particle functions throughout all time and all space. This encompasses every probability and outcome throughout all of space and time from the so-called big bang right up to each present moment event location (decohered particle-function) in space-time. All in essence being correlated as one. At the quantum level any fundamental particle anywhere in time or space may adjust, transfer information and orientation in accordance with the progenitive observer function in the pivotal, present moment, space-time location. All in accordance with the movement of universal evolution.
Thus the universe has perfect memory and acuity in the continuity of the energy-mass in space-time function. Universal nature, and the universal principle of evolution are inspired and actualised of this.
Non-locality throughout time provides for the probability of particles and functions coming into existence where there was no previous discernible trajectory or linear cause and effect. This is due to the probability wave function being correlated throughout all time as well as all space, integrated space-time. That which is beyond direct human perception, but not human interaction and experience.
The appearance of linear cause and effect is promulgated by pan-universal cause and effect, to the observer, which is beyond perception in each manifesting moment of action in space-time, even though it all happens through observation. This is what provides the seemingly unforeseeable and physically untestable ‘probability’ aspect of the observer-wave-particle function.
Here, the sum total of Quantum Information in all space, all time, and all material action (universal memory) transfers sequentially to the present moment particle function, from the cosmic singularity, in evolutionary context, which is the provision and maintenance of all material nature; peoples, planets, trees, birds n bees etc.
It is the ‘correlation’ (relationship) aspect of Quantum Information that presents consciousness in universal nature. The greater the complexity of QI correlations in any given self-organising system, the greater or more encompassing the phenomenon of consciousness and integrity, most notably in the formation and development of complex eco-systems and the pivotal observation in that.
The level or acuity of consciousness in any discrete self-organising system is also determined by the level of probability or limitation of potential that any said system is universally accessible to. For example, discrete or limited human consciousness performs individually but not independently within its own limitation of evolutionary circumstance and the locally parametered accessibility of its host environment, the world. For instance, there is no probability or potential for a man to bear offspring etc and will thus generally experience a reduction of the feminine aspect or movement of universal consciousness, in duality, and vice versa. Human beings being as the feminine/masculine (yin yang etc) leading edge role players (observers) of each field in dualistic but symbiotic correlation. This accounts for the fundamental attraction for unified consciousness as romantic love, this universe and this world being born of, and functioning in, a dualistic scenario. This is the universal relationship that is CQI.
Electromagnetism, Energy and Space are the requisite variables of the Light field. Heat, Mass and Time the requisite variables of the Gravitational field.
It is the correlation or interface of these two fields that propagates spacetime and the transient material image functions therein.
Relativity theory is concerned with continuity, strict causality and locality. Quantum theory is concerned with non-continuity, non-causality and non-locality. Relativity in space-time and the quantum realm are two complementary domains in direct correlation with each other, one being the direct inversion, or reflected projection, of the other. This transient ‘form’ (action in space-time) is the reflection or ephemeral ‘image’ that effectively emerges from the quantum realm when the two fields interact in symbiotic correlation as quantised action in space-time.
NB. Considered independently, the field of Light (EM) is the absolute zero of Time, and Mass.. The field of Gravity the absolute zero of Space, and Energy.. But in relationship (correlation) they are the manifest universe.
The two fields are directly relative in the nature of the uncertainty principle where the integral variables of each field such as space and time, energy and mass, wave and particle, momentum and position cannot be defined together but rather are the very essence of duality and the subsequent transient material nature expression therein. This the synergy of the two fields in the Correlation of Quantum Information.
There is no definite concept of matter in the quantum domain, rather the complementary correlation between the two fields is the wave-particle function. Each field, with its integral and relative variables, describes an essential aspect of the universal system in correlation, effectively providing the morphologic ‘give and take’ in the process of probability, both fields (variables et al) defining the particle outcome in correlation with the observer or any macro entity within any self-organising system’s evolving capacity, this in terms of the acuity, necessity and will of any said system (see below).
The harmonic proportion, or synergy, of the two fields in correlation provides both the quality and quantity of universal nature. The effect of the electromagnetic field of Light in the gravitational field of inert plenum is inspiration, fragmentation, animation, expansion and evolution of observational consciousness. The effect of the gravitational field on the electromagnetic field is embodiment, formation, function, attraction and evolution of mind and matter. All in symbiotic correlation as the universe.
It is the progenitive integrity, the origin and purpose of CQI (universal consciousness), that maintains and preserves form in evolution most notably in the self-organising systems that constitute all flora, fauna, human beings etc. This the single pre-form (formless) totality from which they, and all material nature are projections of.
Consciousness actual human awareness is also preponderate, actually transcendent, to material action in space-time. All conscious and receptive orientation effectively ‘projects into’, actually observes action in space-time from the beginning, the origin, of space-time via the agency of the agglomerated mind-body organism (human being etc) that exists, identifies and relates dualistically and transiently ‘within’ relative space-time. Here the consciousness of the observer is not quantised as it both precedes and proceeds from the origin of all. However, continuity of form and function is maintained through quantum, and macro, reproduction as in any field of activities ‘sum of transient parts’, or quantum agglomeration, including human beings.
In terms of conscious perspective and orientation the origin or locus of the universe or galaxy (singularity) may be considered as the direct and immediate origin (effective emission) of the faculty of observational awareness such as the sense of sight, photosynthesis and all other receptive capacity of information, in all self-organising systems origin and maintenance (CQI). The level or complexity of CQI in any said system determines the level of acuity and receptive capacity in any said systems development.
The human being is a specifically oriented ‘self-organising system’ where the capacity of invention is necessary in the pro-vision for global adaptability. Here the demands of shelter, water storage, and external organisation etc. are the drivers of human and global development, in the ‘fourth’ evolution of material nature (see below).
Material nature is transitory (transiently quantised), and consciousness is perennial (non-quantised and enduring). It is the mistaken identity of ego-orientation, in human beings, that is the root cause of all ignorance and all subsequent dilemma and adversity (see Modes of Universal Nature below).
On this planet, and in this universe, the highest level of conscious intelligence (awareness) attainable is that which fully appreciates the nature of correlation between the two fields of all creation. The two fields are Light and Gravity, which is energy and mass, electromagnetism and gravitation et al, which is implicate and explicate, feminine and masculine etc (see below). The highest role of the human manifestation is to represent both in harmonic proportion through action and observation. To rejoice in the fullness of that experience and identity, the joy of ascending consciousness.
The inception of the manifesting universe happens when the essential laws and parameters of CQI, between the two fields, are met and established through the rapid inflation phase in interactive correlation as probability. This is due to the correlative attainment, in potential probability, for the human being ‘observer’ to manifest in ‘form and function’ which, in principle, could occur at any time throughout the entire apparent existence of the universe subject to CQI. All directions in time are conceived at the inception of the relative space-time universe through the superluminal (non-local) and pivotal act of observation in the wave-particle function. The fount of consciousness (the unitive state) precedes space-time and is personified and plenipotentiarised within space-time – each moment of it through each individual observer etc. The evidence of Earths history including evolution could, in principle, be a necessary abstract material fiction, in transient material image, by the sum or fount of consciousness itself (the singularity) of which human beings are the essential ‘part’ and creative ‘sum’. As an essential work of prehistoric fiction in a metaphore of metastable metamorphosis to enable a concise truth or ‘teleological product of information’ to emerge and so be received and actualised as the observed relative universe of name and form. All of material nature is a transiently quantised space-time ‘image’, the act of observation being precursive to, and transcendent of that.
The parameters of CQI, within this universe, determines that everything that can happen does happen to the plenary observer(s) in space-time. However, the discrete nature, or limits (parameters), of CQI in material format renders an implausibility of probability to the point of exclusion that is non-eventful. It is this that establishes whether things either can or cannot happen dependent on the discretion (context) of the observer in the loop function. All within the boundaries of space-time probability. Nevertheless, at Light speed (NTOS) everything that has happened is accessible, no boundaries of quantisation. This is the singular ‘difference’ that transcends of Itself on observational perception. And also probably promulgates other worlds and/or universes etc.
As of the rapid inflation phase probability was complete, in terms of the limits of the potential (parameters or laws) of probability, and the subsequent evolution of material expression in that. Thus the universe is set in motion from all reference points, or locations, through non-locality in time and in space.
Universal laws are often beyond the scope of this worlds discrete laws and parameters of self-organisation and are therefore difficult to comprehend and understand by the human being, but nevertheless are naturally accessible by human beings because they are, although as yet unknowingly, both a derivative and the definitive entity.

The composition and existence of the space-time paradigm occurs through the preponderate integrity and transposition of quantum information in the lattice matrix integration of the six essential variables, of the two fields, in correlation.

Primary Light Field (Pilot Wave) – – – – – – – – Gravitational Field from Plenum (Inert Density)
The primary Light Field that generates ‘Electromagnetism, Energy and Space’ presents the wave aspect of duality. ‘Heat, Mass and Time’ presents the Gravitational Field, the particle aspect of duality (see diagram). All the variables are correlated throughout, all interconnected, each one being a point of reference in the repeating cycles of space-time. This provides harmonic proportion and repetitive balance in the provision of circumstantial evolution, at any level, including solar-systems, eco-systems and bio-systems.
Universal nature is derived in relative sequence from the Electromagnetic Field variables in correlation with Gravitational Field variables in the diversification of QI as manifest material nature.
Light – Unitive! Replete and also expansive of quantum information, at light speed, all the other subsequent variables (5) correlating in relative sequence at sub-light speed in the performance of universal nature, cause and effect.
Heat – The initial synergy, or product, of the CQI as the two fields interact in the provision of all phenomena. The Energy-Mass and Space-Time relativities are active of diversifying, but focusing, CQI in consequence in the synchronous presentation of universal nature.
Energy – The inspiring and empowering of QI in line with the subsequent and directly relative (mutable) variable of Mass as the two fields correlate.
Mass – The transient isolation of QI in material format, directly relative to the variable of Energy in the performance of material nature.
Space – The direct correlative of the Time variable in terms of the necessary transposition of the informed particle function, the extending arena of diversification, evolution performance and events theatre.
Time – The transient extension of events phenomena, in the progress of the cycles in evolution, directly relative to the Space variable.
NB. The speed of light is the benchmark by which all is measured. However, the phenomenon that is known as the electromagnetic field (quantised) is the primary symbiosis of the two fields in correlation. The initial Pilot Wave may be a higher dimension yet to be fathomed, or perhaps the essence of consciousness itself. Time dilation is governed by, and is an effect of the Light field in symbiotic correlation with the Gravity field. Similarly the conjugate relativity of Space (expansion) is parametered by the Gravity field in relative correlation. The past lies in the wake (memory), the present in manifest context, and the future yet to be realised in potential (probability) as the uncertainty principle of evolving universal nature.
All the variables are correlated, interconnected as in matrix mechanics, synchronous at the quantum level in the provision of all phenomena in the macro expanded space-time environment (see Ulimwengu Pamoja below).
Authors note: Non-finite, unfragmented inert density or formless void is probably the most appropriate concept when considering the fundamental pre-quantised origin, or ground-state, of the gravitational field, the Plenum.
In terms of gravity everything in the universe is an extension of everything else, this includes all astronomical bodies and everything held and contained therein. This through the inspiration and expansion of the Light field within the contrasting formless inertia (plenum) from which the G field emerges in symbiotic correlation as the quantum realm.
In terms of light everything in the universe is an animated extension, or projection, of fragmented mass in harmonic proportion. The two fields (L & G) interact in symbiotic correlation through the six variables as, and within, the cycles of evolution (see below). It is they, the variables, that organise and maintain the universal process of evolution, the cycles within cycles, right up to the refinement of life as is currently perceived, and beyond. (see also modes)
This is the relativity of the two fields in correlation (CQI) projected from the original and precursive singularity. It is the origin, immanence and continuity of all action in space-time. This singularity is both preponderate to, and immanent within, all material nature but simultaneous with the act of observation within space-time. All quanta within all evolution and function (quantum mechanics) are created and maintained in the ‘beginning’ of space-time, projected superluminally (non-locally) to the observer ‘within’ space-time.
NB. The gravitational force only becomes active on the correlation of the Pilot Light field within the formless void of inert density, the primordial Plenum. Light is the primary cause and inspiration of the expanding universe, gravity being the effective force of reversion in that.
Similarly, when in harmonic proportion and equilibrium position (on correlation) with the formless void of inert density, the light field becomes limited to 670 million MPH (universal constant) in the now multidimensional ‘streams’ of quantum loop wave-particle activity that produce the arena of explication that constitutes action in space-time. Thus are set in motion the parameters or laws of universal nature, through cyclic repetition, of which the agents of the fourth evolution (human beings) are both the actors in, and the producers of, every-thing.

1 . Light relative to Heat – The primary correlation of Quantum Information and probability in the initial stage of a dualistic but relative scenario. All of material nature is transient and seemingly linear, however the correlative process of duality inspires the material function and evolutionary process in space-time through the non-local information transfer of QI where the origin is outside, or preponderate, to space-time. Adjustable, at the quantum level, anywhere or ‘anywhen’ within space-time in correlative context with the observers evolutionary position, state and circumstance.
NB. In reversal, the 5 step process in the unitive perspective of cause and effect, mind and matter, thought and thing. The unfragmented, concentric view that is the Unitive State. Unitive of all including consciousness, the origin, fully informed of all subsequent material image and phenomena.
Increasing complexity of correlative performance (CQI) = Increasing breadth of consciousness in self-organising systems, most notably in the human individual and also the universe as a whole, through the singularity, as they are the effective nodes of all.

Mass-Space harmonic correlation of QI = Geo/Bio-Diversity – Eco-systems.
4th Evolution – Space-Time – A distinct continuation of the 3rd phase in the development of observational insight and adaptive (mind) manipulation of material nature by human beings. This within the now diversified and prolific self-organising eco-system that constitutes the world. Now set in discretely functional but transient space-time location, this as effective refined expression of Quantum Information in the progress of material adaptation as human development. This is a specific cycle of evolution through the refined dissemination of Information in the human creation of environments (shelter etc), the development of functional institutions (society etc), and the making of things (wheels, computers etc). The conscious ‘effect’ of the previous three evolutions ’cause’ generating a densely complex and proliferate environment of quantum information correlation as the observer observing the observed. For example, germ-plasm theory states that heritable information is transmitted ‘only’ by germ cells in the gonads (egg cells and sperm cells). CQI theory suggests that information transmission (correlation) occurs not only in germplasm but also in ‘context’ with the observers evolutionary cause and circumstance including all the cyclic phases, inorganic, organic and human, that have gone before (see below). Germ-plasm theory is further speculated to be both eternal and independent in its function. The pan-genesis of CQI is not so speculative.
This 4th evolution phase is the teleological purpose and product of the formative evolution cycles (1,2 and 3), through non-locality, in the effective superluminal information transfer (non-local), no time or space, basis of CQI.
NB. That which is transiently made manifest of matter, within a discrete self-organising eco-system such as the world, is subject to de-generation and decomposition due to the now incorporated cycle of the ‘time’ variable, the here and now spectrum, the not this not that effect. The symbiotic Correlation of Quantum Information (including the discorrelation) is the generation and degeneration of the time (and space) cyclic paradigm that is the Fourth evolution. It is the ‘product’ of consciousness (human manufactures etc) that endures in the space-time dimension, albeit transiently but lineally. It is consciousness, of itself, the Origin of all, that endures throughout. It is the consciousness of the observer in the act of observation that is the fundamental essence of the quantum loop in the wave-particle duality of light.
Space-time harmonic correlation of QI = Conscious recognition of the universe through the agency of the evolving mind-body organism that constitutes the human being.
Each evolution phase, or cyclic proportion in space-time, is limited by its essential order and measure of productivity and potential.
As evolution progresses through each phase new kinds of structure are made possible through the essential order and measure of each stage in the development and expansion of universal nature.
Each evolution phase is the equilibrium position of order and measure as the two fields correlate in harmonic proportion, this through the six integral variables as they progress through the cyclic motions (cycles within cycles), or pillars within pillars, in space-time.
The entire extension of the four-fold evolution process may be observed as staging pillars, or projections, of focusing material nature through CQI, ’extended’ to the refined ‘point’ of human observation, that is the recognition, or recollection, of the ‘observer observing the observed’. These pillars, or cycles, may also be considered as beginning with the so-called singularity (the big bang) of the universe, through galaxies, through super-nova, to solar-systems, and life on planets..
NB. The universe is built on the cycles of evolution, evolution being the first principle, or primary nature, of the universe. This phasic cyclic/pillar process is illustrated in both pictorial representations that appear below.
The quantum realm of CQI is not apparent to observation in the space-time dimension. Here the diversified nature of the universe is driven by the preponderate and simultaneous action of the variables as they interact correlatively in the creation and maintenance of self-organising systems. This includes the probability wave functions within and including the evolutionary cycles. Simultaneity occurs at the quantum level which is preponderate to, and immanent within the energy-mass in space-time paradigm.
Universal CQI is also the basis of ‘pan-genesis’ where all fundamental particles are collectively assimilated, synchronous at light speed, in the wave- particle function, fully informed on decoherence as to orientation and functional continuity in space-time. This also applies to the evolutionary context of reproductive inheritance in germ-plasma correlation, most notably in the development of adaptability in the evolutionary progress of human ability in general.
All the evolutions are correlated, interconnected throughout space-time, in the performance of all causal relationships, including particles, elements, solar systems, and the relative planetary function including eco/bio-systems etc.
The Universe is a self-organising system in a unified state of progression, in which each fundamental part, or function, plays an essential role.
NB. The underlying purpose of consciousness amalgamates, refines and diversifies Quantum Information, of itself, throughout the four phase evolution process, of the variables, to ever complex self-organising systems in spacetime. The purpose of evolution towards Self-recognition through the OWP ‘loop’, of human observation and expression, that is the observer observing the observed.
4. The 3 Modes or Attributes of all Universal Nature, cause and effect including human behaviour and conscious capacity.
In the projection of universal evolution the three modes of all existence are fundamental in the provision of cause and effect inherent within any, and every, probability wave function, including all self-organising systems. This includes the conscious orientation, the physical entity, the idea, the will, the means, and the action itself.
Contemporary evolutionists often maintain that evolutionary history is cruel, blind and mechanical, and full of dead ends. But this is only the movement of evolution in the lowest mode, that of of ‘inertia/ignorance’. The mode of ‘action/passion’ and the mode of ‘inspiration/goodness’ also have their interplay in the course of universal evolution and the observation in that.
1st Mode – The Mode or influence of the initial variables Light and Heat in the performance of universal nature. Causal CQI.
In essence the initial, purest correlation of QI without complication and virtually replete of QI.
Light, Intelligence, Ideation, Goodness.. The fullness of conscious potential and probability, the archetype and inspiration of all subsequent form and action in material nature.
2nd Mode – That of the Energy-Mass function. The dynamic and creative mode in the correlation of QI. Astral CQI.
Interactive in the development of Energy/Mass as relative and transient material nature.
Action, Immersive, Interaction, Passion.. Inspiration to action in transformation.
3rd Mode – Space-Time. The necessary provision of the theatre of performance that is the expanding universe in which the dualistic evolution of material nature takes place. Gross CQI.
The inertia of the previous modes in terms of reduction or rationalisation of Quantum Information, reduction from speed of light to be fixed in transient but harmonic ‘cyclic’ space-time location(s).
Dark, Inertia, Entanglement, Ignorance.. Discrete (limited) but concise consciousness in relative context with mass/matter evolution functions.
These modes or ‘universal constituents’ are in perfect equilibrium prior to diversified manifestation in space-time. It is they, the modes, that drive the diversification of material nature in evolution. The correlative variables perform both subtly and dynamically, sublimely and grossly in the performance of universal nature.
It is the modes, or levels of conscious clarity in action, that determine the outcome or level of decoherence, in terms of the ‘probability’, in all wave-particle functions. This is the level of realised (actualised) ‘potential’ in any system that is dependent on the mode of the observer.
All material nature is subject to the Modes, even the universal feature of simultaneity is relative within the modes. They, in concert, are the modus operandi of all universal nature both animate and inanimate, productive and destructive, conscious and unconscious in the cause and effect nature of all universal phenomena and noumena.
The spectrum of interplay of the modes is the fundamental impetus for the generation, maintenance and demise of all form, function and conscious orientation, through cause and effect, in the principle of universal evolution.
The conservation of information allows for information to be utilised or actualised at any level in the spectrum of the modes of universal nature. For example, decoherence in the mode of ‘goodness’ allows for the higher and selfless outcome in the full potential of evolution, the higher Self. Decoherence in the mode of ‘passion’ allows for transformation, creative or destructive in nature, and decoherence in the mode of ‘ignorance’ is the inertia and demise of potential, entrenched in the degeneration of evolution, the lower self.
For example, wars, pandemics and other clashing calamities, including occasional natural disasters, occur on evolutionary impasse, where growth and progress is circumstantially prevented and out of context with the universal principle of evolution, resulting in unsustainability and demise. This is where the two fields correlate, or dis-correlate, in universal law/parameters, ‘negatively’ in the rapid ‘effect’ of the degeneration or destruction of the offending ’cause’. Like a calamitous re-shuffle of probability in re-setting the scene to get into context with evolutionary continuity and development. An entirely unnecessary ‘knock-back’ when the nature of CQI is eventually understood and consciously complied with. This applies both collectively and individually, it is the mitigation of the mode of ignorance, in human endeavour and behaviour (see end of document).
It is the correlation aspect of Quantum Information that presents the discrete consciousness in self organising systems. The greater the complexity of QI correlations in any given self-organising system, the greater or more encompassing the phenomenon of consciousness and integrity, most notably in the formation and development of complex eco-systems and the application of human observation and function in that.
As Energy is preponderate to Mass, Consciousness is preponderate to form and function but habitually resides and relates therein as the correlated quantum information format complexity.
NB. For example; the circumstance of the moon being directly proportional to the sun relative to the Earth. Generally considered to be random coincidence in a random universe when in action and provision it is specific and proportional Quantum Information Correlation in the development and maintenance of the geo/bio-diversity of the evolving world. Thus we may observe proportion, balance, harmony, procreation proliferation and conscious recognition in this solar system. This is the specific CQI, of this Solar System, in the third evolution phase or setting. This is the provision of the subsequent fourth evolution cycle, that of applied intelligent life and consciousness that is the human condition. (see also ‘ The Dinosaur Effect’ at end of document).
5. QI Variables Matrix Model
SUBSEQUENT TO THE PILOT WAVE…………………………………… .SUBSEQUENT OF THE PLENUM
NB. In the matrix mechanics of the two fields in interaction, X x Y does not equal Y x X as the correlation and diversification of QI would not occur, all would cancel out if not for the respective descending order and correlated permeation(s) of the fundamental variables.
The multi-layered and harmonic matrix interplay of events in a process (CQI), between the two complementary fields and integral variables, inspires and manifests diversity in transient material image through the modes in concert with the four-fold evolutionary process of all universal nature, cause and effect.
The electromagnetic field, or field of Light, acts as the correlator of Information from the quantum level, the implicate aspect of the duality that inspires and diversifies the mass as universal nature. The gravitational field acts as the correlation of Information at the macro level, the explicate aspect of the duality. The CQI of the two fields effectively provides the animated fragmentation of evolving form (energy-mass) in symbiotic space-time.
For example, from an overall perspective and crank concepts notwithstanding, the universe may be considered to be a symbiotic expansion within the inert and non-finite plenum. As an incursion by the electromagnetic field of light into the gravitational fields origin, the primordial plenum. It would be effectively like a synergetic reactive expansion of the E field within, and including, the groundstate of the inert void from which gravity emerges, on correlation, as quantised action in space-time. This as energy-mass in cyclic space-time, expanding and eventually contracting in reversion to type of the Plenum, co-relatively, the EM field being the inspiration of fragmented mass and form, in space-time. The field of Light being as the agent of incursion into this completely dense plenum concept where it both inspires and diversifies the mass in the subsequent quantised, evolutionary space-time arena.
The initial correlation or ‘impact’ of the EM field with the G field gives rise to the phenomenon of rapid inflation in the early stage of the expanding and parametering space-time universe.
This incursion, this exigency by the electromagnetic field into and within the completely inert and dense mass/gravity field is perhaps highly repetitious, each universe or galaxy being formed of this. In the entirely ubiquitous nature of CQI perhaps all the galaxies are correlated – interconnected conjugately by the manifold phenomenon (eg calabai yau) of the so called black holes that function epicentrically but not independently in the enfolding and unfolding universe, perhaps not unlike the blackhole/whitehole concept. Obviously beyond observation to the observer within expanded and bounded space-time, but not human intuition, experience and interaction.
NB. The electro-magnetic inspires the mass-gravity through fragmentation (quanta), animated form (movement), and harmonic proportion ( relative action), in the necessary relativity of ‘information to manifestation’ as the progress of CQI in the conscious cause and effect nature of universal evolution.
Correlation of QI in Harmonic Matrix Lattice – Ulimwengu Pamoja
The projection of the energy-mass in space-time function (the universe) is provided by the preponderance of the higher variables of Light and Energy in correlation with Heat and Mass – providing Space extension, and Heat and Mass in correlation with Light and Energy – providing Time extension. Space-time action being the symbiosis (explication) of the two fields in correlation, each field being a symbiont of the symbiosis that is all of unfolding universal nature.
The Pilot Wave of the electromagnetic field of Light effectively inspires and animates the Plenum that produces the Gravitational field in the subsequently quantised harmonic matrix lattice process of CQI, as universal nature.
Authors quandary; The emphasis of this thesis is on two fields in correlation, where the finer details of mathematical analysis and subject expertise may reveal a more academically concise description of the variables of the two fields in correlation. Nevertheless, the Light field is the only field that actualises and animates material nature, the Gravity field being of the formless ground-state (Plenum) through the Light fields incursion and the subsequent quantised parameters and laws (probability) of universal nature, through CQI.
The unfolding dimensions of the Correlation of Quantum Information in descending order;
Light-Heat, Light-Energy, Heat-Energy, Heat-Mass, Energy-Mass, Energy-Space, Mass-Space, Mass-Time, Space-Time, Space-Light, Time-Light, Time-Heat.
The Intra correlative dimensions in the lattice matrix correlation of QI variables in the presentation of all aspects of manifest universal expression, including elemental evolution, as the two fields impact and interact;
Light in correlation with Heat = Diversified Gravity/Mass necessity
Heat in correlation with Energy = Expansive Space necessity
Energy in correlation with Mass = Transient Time necessity
Space is the extension of the energy variable (light field). Time is the extension of the mass variable (G field) in the symbiotic projection of the two fields in complementary correlation. This universe is the extended and transient product of the correlation of quantum information, between the two fields, as action in space-time. This the interaction of the light field inspiration within the field of inert density (effective nothingness) which then becomes the gravitational force within animated space-time. Similarly, in harmonic proportion and equilibrium position, the light field becomes limited to 670 million miles per hour in the now multidimensional ‘streams’ of wave-particle activity that produce the arena of projection or explication that is action in space-time. Thus are set in motion the parameters or laws of universal nature and all subsequent action, through cyclic repetition, that the agents of the fourth evolution (human endeavour) may wish to understand.
Space-time is the arena of explication which is unfolded from the correlation of Light with Heat, and Energy with Mass, as an inflection of the two fields in symbiotic correlation in the performance of universal nature.
For example, to provide and maintain action in space-time the preponderate but immanent dimensions (quantum) may alter or diversify, in any space or time location, in accordance with the ‘necessity, acuity and will’ of the observing or macro entity within space-time. At the quantum level the past is mutable and accessible, beyond sense perception but not human intuition, experience and interaction.
All of time, space, mass, energy, heat and light are essentially mutable which is how things, particles etc, are able to come into transient existence. How energy morphs with mass transiently is the necessity of the space-time correlated function. All the variables are correlated, morphically interconnected throughout as illustrated in Ulimwengu Pamoja, relative throughout the universe in the presentation and constitution of the present moment particle function. Space-time allowing for the apparent continuity and separation of events but only to observers limited within the provisional and parametered space-time environment(s).
NB. The correlation of the preponderate and simultaneous dimensions are as the slide on a helter-skelter, gaining harmonic integrity and contextual probability before exigency into the catchall bowl, expanded dimension, of space-time.
There is a single ‘quality’ of complete ubiquitousness that pervades all things, that is fundamental to all phenomena, it is Information – Quantum Information. The Correlation of Quantum Information is what all is made of, and how all is made manifest. It is so that the Observer may observe the observed, as an aspect of unity, in the unfolding evolutionary process of universal nature.
PART 3.
The Trilogy of Light – Quantum Information and Light Correlation
The probability wave function correlates with all fundamental particles throughout all time and all space. Adjustment of quantum properties, throughout temporal and spatial information orientation, takes place on observation in context with the evolving moment to provide circumstance and continuity in the movement of Space-time. All wave-particle functions throughout all space-time are in a state of correlative mutability (probability flux) and may adjust both orientation and function in line with the present moment ‘expedient’ observer functions acuity, necessity and will. This applies to all macro entities within space-time which includes all fauna and flora.
That which is transiently manifest (matter and form) is actively and purposefully located in space-time location where flux is temporarily and spatially suspended or subjectively slowed where the process of decomposition of macro entities (chemical/mass format of QI) is subject to time and evolutionary circumstance. Outside of this there is no function of time or space, no space-time at the quantum level which is outside or preponderate to any vibration or macro entity that, by necessity, exists transiently in space-time.
The Trilogy of Light – (CQI) in the quantum loop (O-W-P) of universal nature
- The Immanent Photon – Discrete particle of informed function, the energy to mass in space-time function. THE OBSERVED, action in the here and now.
- The All-Pervasive Photon – Expansive probability wave of informing energy, the Information to energy function. OBSERVING, subject to the modes, or parameters, of the observers potential in their discrete of Information environment and evolutionary circumstance.
- The Collective Photon – Unitive of all at light speed, the Informer of all subsequent probability and phenomena. The fount of Information, THE OBSERVER, beyond or precursive to action in space-time.
The ‘Immanent photon’, the particle aspect of light/information which informs and inspires all manifest reality, the energy to mass function of empowering Information in the phenomenal here and now. The quanta of objective constituent reality, the atomic realm as made manifest by the immanent (discrete of information) photons in terms of chemistry, matter and mass, from wave to particle, energy to mass decoherence of quantum properties at sub-light speed. The immanence of the present but transient moment in space-time, the informed and the observed. The multifarious deflations or ‘decoherences’, as the particle function(s), effectively projected from and correlated with the sigularity of the collective photon.
The ‘All-Pervasive photon’ is information as empowered energy function, the wave aspect of light which provides extension, Information communication and universal relativity, the informing probability nature ot all space, time and matter via the relativity of all photons throughout the entirety of the observable and unobservable universe. The speed of light being the benchmark by which all is measured, the reduction into focus of information (particle function) occurs through correlation with any vibration or macro entity within space-time, the informing and observing.
The ‘Collective photon’, at light speed, the Singularity from which the universe emerges, is the unified sum and origin a priory of all plenary photons and functions, the concentric essence of the universe complete, the transcendent origin and fount of all (pure) Information and the subsequent energy-mass in space-time expression of that. The origin and truth of the expanded transient image (the active universe and life function), it is the informer, energiser and provider of all active phenomena, the enabling and empowering, that presents the active universe, the Informer and the Observer.
The entire universe of energy-mass in expanding spacetime is made manifest of Information through the action of the trilogy of light, the informer informing the informed, which performs as a quantum loop in the electromagnetic force of Light in symbiotic correlation with the gravitational force of inert density.
All matter, space, time, energy and force, including gravitation is essentially the product of correlated Quantum Information, unitive at light speed, in what is effectively the ‘Collective photon’. However, the fragmented (diversified) at sub-light speed, continuously reflecting, replicating, reproducing, expanding of itself, thus giving rise to and constituting all existing phenomena past, present and future probability. The collective photon (singularity) is the essential fount of pure Information and the subsequent space-time, energy, force and mass, and the relational but unified function therein.
All relative fundamental particles are a form and function of the essential light quanta, conveyed and convened throughout the expanding universe via the wave aspect of the wave-particle duality of light. For the photon, essentially travelling at the speed of light, time dilates to infinity and space contracts to zero. For the photon all journeys are instantaneous, that is, for the photon there is no time or space. Each photon is therefore correlated and assimilated as every other photon, effectively oriented and informed the same, unified, unitive, the universal whole coordinated as one. Thus at light speed the unitive, Collective Photon and therefore all photons, has or inherently contains all universal potential, capacity, capability, ideation, probability, memory and Information. The fundamental necessity of consciousness in that correlates throughout all existence, including time past to the observer (see below), and is made manifest (measured) subject to the evolving environment with which it interacts, relative to the level of reduction from light speed, reduction to focus of quantum properties, that presents the Information to the energy-mass in context with the macro space-time evolution function.
Thus, all relative fundamental particles are essentially, discrete of information, differentiated photons, diversified and revealed in a different light [sic] or stance, relative to observation and function. They are the provision of coordination in diversity that provides for the manifesting spectrum of universal nature. That is, they provide for universal existence and the fundamental relational expression of Quantum Information therein. All in reference to and correlated with the collective Photon, unitive at light speed, the essential archetype, informed of all subsequent name and form. The ‘praxis’ of quantum mechanics.
Photons, the quanta of universal information, are the neutrinos – electrons muon and tau, as recently observed they are polymorphic, they diversify accordingly with the destination and function purpose. They are all the colours of the rainbow and more, everything in fact in natures glorious expression, such as giving life to flora (photosynthesis) and information to fauna – sight perception etc, the inspiration, function and continuity of all existence, entirely benevolent of itself, subject to reception.
NB. The more obscure and hypothetical fundamental particles are probably non-relative, actually preponderate, to space-time. They are of the non-finite density of the gravitational groundstate which has no relativity prior to the Light field incursion. Similarly, the Light field origin has no relativity prior to the interaction of the Gravity field. The co-relative process of universal nature promulgates fragmented (individual) consciousness in space-time from the unitive consciousness of light speed.
Action in space-time is the explication, or unfolding, of the two fields in symbiotic correlation. Prior to this interaction both fields are implicate in their preponderate state.
It is the wave becoming the active particle ad infinitum that gives rise to the phenomenal and relative universe when in contact or relation with the observer or functional entity. This the subject/object such as fauna and flora on the observable level, electrons etc on the sub-atomic level. Information and energy, action and creation – interaction, or interactive relation with all functional phenomena. Photons are the all-attractive quanta of manifest physical reality. That is, the so called quantum wave function that becomes exclusively relative and relevant to each conscious observer or manifest entity with which it correlates from wave to particle, energy to mass function subject to the particular evolving continuity (environment) of the recipients’ manifesting existence. The decoherence of the probability wave to mass function becomes transiently set in each moment of space-time. The universal probability function as material nature being as the format of Information, made transiently manifest through the fractal of the photon, on reception to the observer faculty in space-time.
Incompleteness theory may be relative to spacetime but perhaps not beyond. Emission, or origin essentially occurring outside of space-time to occur, by necessity of QI, as energy-mass within space-time, for any particular event location, within any particular evolution phase.
Material nature exists as the reduction from light speed in a synchronised process of Information to energy-mass in space-time function.
The trilogy of light is also directly correlated with the three ‘modes’ of all universal nature (see below).
The Collective photon is replete of QI as it is effectively the ‘Singularity’ from which all emerges, and that encompasses all.
The All pervasive photon is Information communicated and relayed through the wave-function. Interactive and creative in the progress of evolution. Immersive and dynamic (passionate) in the symbiosis of the two fields in synergistic correlation.
The immanent photon, as the particle-function, is entrenched transiently in space-time. Limited of universal consciousness but concise of QI in the participation and function of evolution in any of the provisionally diversifying space-time environments.
All is integrated and actualised through the focus of the Collective photon, the singular locus at the beginning of the universe that is essential in all universal expression.
The extension and function of that is the complete spectrum, the entire provision in which all transient mode or form inheres. The all knowledge, all power of Information that is fundamental to the function of time, space and everything. The Unitive State.
Thus, the trilogy of light presents Quantum Information to the space-time, energy-mass function, the provision as to the full and complete spectrum of active phenomenal expression and intelligence – Universal Consciousness. The Information and relative function that constitutes the active universe. For example, the process of photosynthesis transforms light energy to chemical energy which involves traveling through a host of pigment molecules as a quantum wave, seemingly taking all possible routes simultaneously in a magnificently efficient quantum mechanical process. Thus the primordial and transformative ‘effect’ of the photon, in the probability wave function, is entirely non-local (space and time) or polymorphic in line with the observers ’cause’.

Quantum Information Past, Present and Future Probability
At the quantum level the past history is effectively in primordial flux to the present moment, it is only that which has decohered into the particle/mass function (on observation or contact) that endures in space-time albeit transiently until it too reverts, through decomposition, back to flux. The past and the future are non-existent, as reality, to the observer in evolution except that which remains in transient material nature, mind or matter, which too is set to pass. As fields or cycles of quantum activity, temporarily integrated in form through CQI in the performance, or movement, of universal evolution. The cycles being as fields of explication as the product of the EM and G field in symbiotic correlation of the variables light-heat, energy-mass, space-time through the CQI of OWP loop. This applies to all matter, flora and fauna.
History, the past, is a fundamental feature of the probability wave function, the variable of space-time being the medium through which the probability wave propagates in the maintenence and continuity of universal evolution. As the ocean is a medium of waves (energy), so space-time is as the ocean of probability (waves) which conveys quantum information to the present moment particle function on decoherence and only in context with the observer or macro entity function. Thus Time is as the subtle plenum of the expanding universe. There are two elements in the flow of time and the probability wave function, the past and the present moment. The future is entirely conceptual to the observer function and plays no role in physics or metaphysics, this is where the deeper concepts of Dharma (law of parameters – right action in context) and Karma (cause and effect), relative to the observers personal existence, come into context.
For example, in the wave-particle function you cannot observe the particle (probability function) in any motion because, at the quantum level, the probability of the particle function does not travel through space (it exists transiently in space), it traverses (through) time. Space is of the wave aspect, the electromagnetic/light field, Time is of the particle aspect, the gravitational/mass field. The two fields in symbiotic correlation present material action in space-time. As a projected 3D image oriented and animated by light energy, made manifest in correlation (CQI) with, and from, the origin of time and space. This presents and constitutes the transient image (action) in space-time, like a sea of evolving manifestation, the phenomenal universe and the pivotal sense orientated observer function in the correlation of quantum information evolution production.
Inflation from the singularity to particle function is conveyed as a wave of information probability in the action of all fundamental causal relationships in universal nature. All particle functions occur in unison via the singularity through non-locality, at light speed, to manifest in evolutionary context with the observer function within space-time.
The particle function occurs only in the here and now by the correlation of the observing and/or functioning entity (humans, trees etc.) with the Collective Photon (singularity), the synchronous origin that is preponderate to space and time etc. That is, at the quantum level, non-locality applies to both TIME and space. Non-locality is relative throughout space-time.
The universe expands in superposition as a transient flux spectrum from the origin of space-time, the singularity. This the fount of QI in correlation with the active dynamic present event function allowing for material expression and continuity, the evolutionary principle of the expanding universe. The Information to energy-mass function in space-time.
NB. In the provision and maintenance of the evolving matter in space time dimension, the preponderate and synchronous dimensions (quantum) may simultaneously alter or diversify in accordance with the ‘necessity, acuity and will‘ of the observing or functioning (receptive) entity within space-time.
Conscious observation or interaction gives rise to the particle function that occurs within space-time in its reduced of light speed location. At the quantum level even the human condition, the consciously transient mind-body organism is in superposition of mass and energy, past and future, time and space etc. all pervasive and immanent of Information. The correlation of Quantum Information that makes up the complex and relational human being is obviously the most defining aspect of their existence in terms of conscious awareness, form, capability and cognitive intelligence in how to utilise and express Information received, QI being the essence and driver of the relational energy-mass function in evolution, made manifest in space-time through correlation of the wave-particle function on observation. All being relative to the reduced state of receptive information (the conscious observer etc.) from speed of light.
The Correlation of Quantum Information effectively provides all knowable phenomena including light (visible and otherwise) and heat, energy and mass, time and space etc. Time and space et al being specifically relevant and relative to each and every observer in each and every here and now event location, thus providing the sense of perception and identity (ego/self orientation) in relation to material existence and particular circumstance, and the evolving life expression therein.
Light and Heat:
Light and Energy the essential attributes of the electromagnetic field, the wave aspect correlator of quantum information provides space extension. Heat and Mass the essential attributes of the gravitational field, the particle aspect interaction of photons, provides time extension. The interaction of the two fields sets in motion the phenomenal relational existence of duality which constitutes the space-time paradigm. This as the expansion from the unitive, the reduction from speed of light, that is, the world created in natures ‘slow lane’. Thermodynamics (heat) is where the phenomenon, the perception, of time comes in to play in the development of past, present and future potential. That is, in terms of the present moment, the fundamental phenomenon that distinguishes past from future is the fact, of probability, that heat passes from things that are hotter to things that are colder. Where there is heat there is time, where there is no heat there is no time (see Plenum). Nothing! No function, no change, no development, no observation, no relationship no memory occurs without time, therefore heat energy.
Essentially the Electromagnetic field is explicate and inspirational, the Gravitational field implicate and mechanical in the relativity nature of the universe.
First Law of Thermodynamics and Quantum Information:
The conservation of energy is equivalent to the conservation of quantum information. Energy being the inspiring form of quantum information in a pre-animated state, or stage of QI spectrum in terms of the energy-mass function.
NB. On further enquiry, there is an indication that ALL the universe is expanding including the variable of mass. This includes atoms (the actual space within atoms), which includes all material form, not just space (macro) which does not exist on its own account, space being conjugate with time, including the enjoining conjugate of mass-space expansion.
Second Law of Thermodynamics in Evolution
The universal process of entropy sees continual diversification and transformation ‘from’ an ordered state as it moves through time. Action as planetary solar-systems and geo/bio-diversity on planets further transforms conditions and qualities of mass, energy and force in increasingly complex diversification ‘to’ an ordered but discretionary state in the universal process of self-organising systems in cyclic evolution.
As the very heavy elements are ultimately formed of massive stars, so action and life on planets ultimately forms and functions in the continuation of the principle of universal evolution through diversification of Quantum Information. The emergence (as probability) of ever increasingly complex self-organising systems, from solar systems and planets to human life etc. as we know it.
Human beings being the most complex and intelligently evolved as functionaries of the second law in this world, and probably many other worlds in the evolutionary nature of the universe, to ever increasing diversification, form, function and action (manufactures) in the evolution of conscious expression.
Instinct and Insight:
In human evolution the movement of cause and effect from ‘instinct’ to ‘insight’ requires a certain anatomical adjustment through mutagenesis (newly informed genes), or environmental adjustment that becomes accustomed to by physiological and/or sociological change, or an admixture of both. It is often adversity in necessity that requires attention and applied action/solutions in terms of material resource manipulation and development that promulgates evolution.
Light – Electromagnetic Radiation, and Heat – Thermodynamics are the two primary variables or qualities synonymous with existence, with expression, the correlation and interaction of the relational universe. The dualistic functional nature of the universe (the correlation and function of Quantum Information) is inspired and composed of these duel qualities (and the subsequent variables of energy-mass, space-time) – light and heat, wave and particle, energy and mass, space and time, bosons and fermions etc. Roughly speaking fermions represent the constituent of active matter whilst bosons enable the interconnective correlation between fundamental particles throughout space-time, the performance of fundamental manifestation and action. All aspects and functions are due to these dual qualities – essentially there is nothing else, apart from the provisional role of dis-correlation or dysfunction of Information. The limited but manifestly concise reception of Quantum Information as the fragmented and transient matter function in relativity (see below).
‘Light and energy’ is for space as ‘heat and mass’ is for time, space-time! As two harmonic motions create a lissajous figure – an expansion of sound vibration from a locus, so too, do light and heat complement (constructive interference) in the engeneration of all aspects of universal creation including the expanding universe itself, complementary duality expanded of the unitive, the product as two harmonic motions in relational synergy.
Speed of Light:
The speed of light, where and when space-time ceases to exist (670 million mph), is relative to the study of the phenomenal universe in that life, as we currently perceive it, exists in natures slow lane, in the spacetime where action takes place, an extreme reduction from the speed of light, effective dis-correlation or partial correlation, which makes quantum mechanics both unapparent and on further study appear completely bizarre. For example, on observation at near light speed all entities including human beings, flora and fauna etc would appear as agglomerated wave functions, like a highly complex but integrated flux, the product of the two fields in synergistic proliferation which is essentially what they are, the symbiotic interaction of the E field with the G field in relative format, feminine-masculine, yin-yang, female-male etc. However, interestingly and also topically, the question arises concerning existence and potential life-function elsewhere in the Cosmos – could life as we perceive it (or otherwise) function at any other place or rate of correlation such as the variation of QI format in other worlds or galaxies? Or, how would life appear to a world existent closer, in correlation, to the speed of light where time and space, consciousness etc, being relative to each realm or observer, would differ. The universal principle of Information differentiation in evolution of space-time. For example, human beings don’t experience the speed of light which is the origin, fullness and potential of everything including probability and consciousness, that is CQI. Human beings experience the reduction from the speed of light in the complexity of self-organising systems and probabilities in space-time. This in discrete consciousness transiently set in the evolving material image of their worlds self-organising eco-system of which they are an integral part.
As by their intrinsic nature immanent photons (particle function) diversify and manifest relative to the developing world (material paradigm), with which they interact/communicate information to the receptive mass/function. Photons are utterly gregarious (bosons), they love to, and do take part at every level and in every way of development and evolution. The Photon is all information, all function, freely given and received, relative to the reception of the conscious observer in accordance with the relative environment within which they interact. And notably the levels of necessity, acuity and will in any observer or macro entity.
Gravity/Mass – Quantum Lensing of Information:
The immanent photon particle function is the fundamental inspiration and effective constituent of the mass/matter function that is inherent throughout the universe. The attractive reception of information and the material expression of that, the wave to particle function, is in effect the gravitational lensing of quantum Information that constitutes mass. It is the combined focus of the correlation between the primary Light field within the Plenum, the information to energy concentration as mass, where inheres the force of gravity. Here it is transiently bound (mass function) and on a greater higher ratio (focused information) compared with the familiar dimensions, it is from where gravity influences (immanent particle function) relatively weakly, from the singularity, but all-pervasively into the familiar observable universe of name and form in the present moment. The teleology of quantum mechanics, where the properties of QI are relative and ubiquitous throughout time and space, enables the function and continuity of manifest Information and observer function in the here and now. Black Holes are the macro action of gravitational lensing, or focusing, of Information that is integral to their own self-organising galactic environment, but also correlated with all other black holes, through universal CQI, as the observable universe.
NB. Like the psi in a balloon creates a distinct atmosphere (expanded and pressurised) so too does the incursion, or inspiration, of the EM field within the G field create the space-time environment with a distinct but imperceptible universal atmosphere not unlike the faculty of memory through time. Like the ‘ether’ of previous theory, this ‘atmosphere’ pervades throughout space-time as the aspect of the ‘mutability’ of space with time etc in the symbiotic nature of the two fields in correlation. This permeates throughout the cosmos as the nominal ‘dark matter’ which is effectively the universal constant (maintenance) in the expanding universal boundary or parameters of space (E field variable) into and within the eternal mass/gravity concept. The memory of former universal state, as gravity attraction, to the origin of the field of non-finite inert/density (G field origin) is limited to a concept only to the conscious observer within bounded space-time.
In remote space the symbiotic proportion(s) of Light and Gravity, including Heat, are still present albeit minimally. This is the universal Light plus Plenum correlation that constitutes the space-time paradigm. All action in all space-time is the symbiosis of the two fields in correlation with each other, including galaxies.
As memory is necessary in the ‘observation of transformation’ so too is gravity, gravity being the resistance to expansion as fragmented matter in space-time. In a sense the reverting, or attraction, back to type as this eternal inert void concept that prevailed prior to the EM incursion where Time (G variable) dilates to infinity and Space (EM variable) contracts to zero. However, the equilibrium position of the two fields in correlation is maintained as the evolution of matter in symbiotic space-time. The consciousness of the faculty of awareness in the ‘now’ is of the E field. The faculty of ‘memory’ is of the G field, the symbiosis of the two being you and all you do. The ultimate product or purpose of CQI is knowable before do-able but is as yet unrealized.
Memory as a faculty of conscious observation is necessary in the experience of the transformation of everything through time, such as the harmonic proportion of music, which is created from chaos in an un-fragmented, or concise, flow of observable continuity in relative format. Also the observation and the understanding of the generation and de-generation of all cause and effect cyclic nature (CQI), that emerges from entropy, is now vital to the continuity and progress of human evolution.
The Three Modes, or variables, of All Universal Nature, cause and effect
As previously outlined the two essential fields or qualities of duality in synergy that function as the universe are Light (EM) in correlation with Gravity/mass, without which there is Darkness and Inertia, or that which limits full receptive and perceptive certainty, the principle of uncertainty that promulgates action in spacetime. The provision of material nature where the performance of the fundamental particle is transiently located within time and space. Hence, the reduction from light, the reduction of Information, provides for the limited, discrete action of information in the make-up and complexity of self-organising systems. These include solar systems, planets, flora and fauna etc.
Thus the three essential modes or attributes of all action (and inaction), through the synergetic correlation of the two fields are; 1. Light with Heat. 2. Energy with Mass. 3. Space with Time – The inertia of the previous correlates as the limited but concise paradigm which constitutes the third mode or attribute. The modes may also be described or considered in other ways such as Law, Action, Inertia – Light, Fire and Darkness, – Goodness, Passion, Ignorance, – Information, Transformation, Inaction etc. Everything that happens (and doesn’t happen), everything that is (and isn’t) are a product of the varying degrees or relational ratios of these three modes. Even the thoughts and ideas that precede action are generated from them. All is determined by the relative predominance of each mode relative to the others. For instance, in any action, the first or highest mode (Goodness etc) may be predominant over the lower two, similarly, in any action, the second mode (Passion etc) may be predominant over the other two, likewise the third or lowest mode (Ignorance etc) may hold sway. Thus, all action and function of the world including choice and life itself, the conscious observer (a formation of discrete information relative to the evolving realm such as human beings), may be attributed to these three modes, mixed or otherwise, which are the active make-up of all that exists including outcome whether good/full expression, functional, or dysfunctional in the probability wave function nature of universal evolution and the conscious expression in that.
NB. Each of the Modes is, to a degree, measurable and predictable in terms of action and the probability cause and effect outcome. This is a required discipline if there is to be maintenance and progress in terms of the development, achievement and success of human existence.
The interplay of this modal trilogy, relative to the speed of light,is the cause and makeup of all manifestation, conscious observation, form, function, diversity and evolution through which material nature exists. The universe would not exist at all without the interplay of these three modes – the transient flux spectrum of evolving universal existence.
Light-Energy-Space (EM field), the informed communication and conveyor of energised information from the non-transient Font to the dynamic and transient universe made manifest.
Heat-Mass-Time (G field), the function of the transient universe, the director of material information in terms of relative time function and evolution.
Inertia/Darkness, the facility of reduction of information (obscured) by which the two fields effectively propagate (manifest particle function) as reduced transient form in the diversified order of expression of Information. Subsequent from light speed as the physical material nature in parametered relativity, the universe.
As outlined previously, all phenomena, all probability wave functions, all qualities, cause and effect, are attributable to the trilogy of light and the subsequent and relative three modes of material nature. Thus, in the order or correlation of things in the functioning universe the field of Light/Energy (information to energy function) represents the informed procreative driver of space, diversified location etc., such as, perhaps for example, the feminine aspect or quality (Yin), but not necessarily female (dependent on interplay of the other 2 modes). The field of Heat/Mass (informed energy to mass function) represents the informed driver of time in evolution and development in the functioning of the material universe, the masculine aspect or quality (Yang), but not necessarily male.
Darkness (Inertia) presents demise or limitation of information and intelligence, the that which is not fully informed (illusion), the reduction and diversification of Information, fixed in the limited and transient moment (manifest immanent particle function), from the unitive, full information, full intelligence (no time or space) Collective Photon font.
It is the universal principle of evolution, in line with the modes of macro variation, that determines the probability outcome in the wave-particle observer function.
Withall, the CQI of OWP, the trilogy of light, and the three subsequent modes of material expression effectively provide or re-present the full spectrum of evolutionary existence as reflection, or image, the transient to take place in order of form and function as the phenomenal material universe. Thus, the Correlation of Quantum Information through the Observer-Wave-Particle loop function is the creation, maintenance and demise of all existence past, present and future. The quanta are themselves information, energy and mass, space and time, gravity etc, all connected, connective of the one primordial Photon/Fount (singularity) and subsequent relative existence therein as the expanding universe.

Conclusion:
The origin, existence and function of the universe is due to the Correlation of Quantum Information, through the Observer-Wave-Particle Loop function, that occurs in the interaction of the electromagnetic field with the gravitational field. The constituent variables of the electromagnetic field are light, energy and space which correlate in sequence with the gravitational field variables of heat, mass and time. This presents all of universal nature in relative format to the efficacy of the universal principle of evolution.
The speed of light represents the fullness of Pure Information unified and replete, the universal benchmark by which all is measured. At light speed the Collective Photon or fount of QI is preponderate to all phenomena in Space-time.
When speed of light is reduced so too, co-commensurately, is Information and conscious capacity which become discrete, embodied, the mode of Inertia (darkness/ignorance) prevails providing fragmented but focused of information as material nature and the relativity in space-time function.
Quantum Information is energy, form and function, conveyed and convened by light.
It is the creator, maintainer and preserver, the full provision of all manifest existence. This transient physical reality is a reflection, an expression, the practical image-format of Quantum Information in correlation. The human form being the vehicle of the conscious observer and correlated intelligence that functions and relates within the evolving diversity of its relational and connective home environment. Diversified location and relative action within time and space, the evolutionary process and transient function of the universe.
Everything around the Observer is transient, it is observed, eccentric of the Fount, a passing space-time image.
The human quality of Observation is non-transient, non material, it is concentric of the Fount of Quantum Information, the singularity. This is the origin of the material image, through observation, in the functional correlation of Information. The relational universe in transient action. The mind-body organism being the vehicle of observation and observed action, limited but concise and focused of consciousness in its own evolutionary process or cycle.
Consciousness occurs in every level of the Correlation of Quantum Information, micro and macro, elemental and complex.
Hence, Information is fragmented (imaged) into name and form to give relativity and meaning of itself. The Observer Observing the Observed.
In terms of self-organising systems, conscious capacity increases with higher complexity of QI correlations. The human being being the most complex self-organising system in this worlds eco-system, to the degree of Self-awareness.
The activity of the universal messenger to function (wave to particle) principle creates consciousness by the very act of correlation.
The correlation of QI is in essence consciousness itself, the greater the complexity of QI correlation in any given self-organising system the greater the cognitive intelligence within that conscious system.
Even though the correlation of QI in the broader solar-system (Helio-Centric) is macroscopic it harbours within it the entirety of human consciousness, plus all else in its influence. This in turn correlates harmonically with the galaxy at large including all other solar-systems and galaxies to maintain balance and continuity.
The reduction from speed of light, the mode of Inertia (darkness/ignorance), being the universal cause of all degeneration (of information) and limitation of conscious intelligence (discrete function) resulting in the actualisation of transient material manifestation and, co-commensurately, the limited perception of observation (of human beings etc.) as to the true and complete nature of Information and Light.
Information per se is obviously apparent, but not so obviously recognised as the essential quality that creates, maintains and diversifies of Itself. The Correlation of Quantum Information being the fundamental and inspirational principle of this universe.
The universe is a self-organising system that is itself evolving, its apparent purpose to produce Universal Self-awareness through the agency of human consciousness.
Self-organising systems, the cycles within cycles such as human beings, the world, solar-systems, galaxies etc are basically concatenated contraptions of perception in the universal principle of evolution, ultimately producing Self-awareness through the agency, service and observation of the human being. The human being (mind-body organism) is far more than the sum of its parts, being the ultimate product, in formation, of all the cycles which are all of its parts in truth. The ultimate synergy being the unitive state through the ‘observed observing the observer’, as one, Thou art That.
Summary:
At present human relations and experience, almost globally, are fragmented, disharmonious and out of context; see politics, disease, sustainability etc. For contextual reality the Correlation of Quantum Information through the Observer-Wave-Particle Loop function must now be realised. If not, Ignorance and delusion will continue to determine the mode and outcome of human experience and existence, both individually and collectively.
The Quantum Numinous thesis is highly relevant to the current world situation. It describes the fundamental nature of the universe, including life and consciousness, and also provides insight into the cause and effect nature of all manifestation including human behaviour. This will allow for choices and actions to be clearly understood which in turn will mitigate the repercussions of ignorance and folly that are currently compromising human endeavour.
The globalising human society is in need of a higher level of understanding to be able to integrate and harmonise, adequately, in the development and continuity of human evolution.
Knowledge of the Correlation of Quantum Information principle will allow for intelligent and insightful choices and actions, even choiceless awareness, within the vagaries of cause and effect.
